We offer modern accommodation in a renovated apartment from 2017, with its own entrance. Experience the beauty and light of beautiful Österlen. The farm is located in a quiet and pleasant part of Tomelilla, in the middle of Österlen. Close to train/bus station, about a 10-minute walk. Proximity to nature with the nature reserve Fyledalen a mile away with a fantastic nature and a rich wildlife.

The fire station, which was built in 1930, was completely renovated into a dream home in 2018 and has since not only served as a holiday home but has also been featured on both Swedish and German TV as well as in lots of newspaper reports. Gäststuga i vår lummiga trädgård med naturen in på knuten, vid Fyledalens naturreservat på gränsen till Österlen. 2 km till sommarlandet Tosselilla, 7 km till badsjö, 18 kilometer till Ystad och havet. Attefallshuset är litet men väl utrustat. Soffan omvandlas till dubbelsäng. Lämpligt för 2 men med extrasäng(ar) kan 3-4 bo här om man kan ha det lite trångt. Sänglinne, schampo, handdukar samt slutstädning kan fås mot avgift. Barnvänligt Välkomna! Britt, Thomas och Zorro (vår svarta katt).

Pentry med två kokplattor, microugn, kaffebryggare, kyl och frysskåp. Liten matplats, två fåtöljer, TV, Wi-Fi. Badrum med dusch o wc. Stor terrass, gasolgrill. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

Welcome to a newly renovated guest house located near the golf course and padelhall & close to everything that Österlen has to offer. 2km to the nearest train & bus station. 20 min to the nearest beach. The guest house offers a complete kitchen, livingroom/bedroom and separate bathroom. From the living room, you come directly out to the private deck, which has sun throughout the day. Grill available. On the golf course there is a restaurant that has both breakfast, lunch and evening service.

Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

In this scenic location in Österlen, you will find Nedrabygård, which has 2 Glamping tents right next to the sheepfold and pigsty. Here, the Nybroån also winds its way, where there is the possibility of fishing. Living in tents with comfortable beds, fresh air in this quiet harmonious environment gives peace of mind. Charming house in Kåseberga

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, train station and cafes, and at the same time in a place that gives access to the whole of Österlen by car. A completely private house with a private garden where you can be left alone and at the same time hear the city's sounds around you.
