Great location, spacious, well-decorated, managed by a responsive and cheerful and proactive host -- the White House was a perfect choice for my family of 4 during our recent trip to Princeton Reunions! And our host Natalia could not have been more accommodating, from thoughtful arrival gifts, flexibility on checkout timing, and even her (very welcome and surprising) overnighting of a replacement coffeemaker carafe, once she learned the original version had an issue. Amazing touches, contributing to a perfect stay. Highly, highly recommend!

What a great location. Steps from the boardwalk. The unit was super clean and well maintained. We were there in the winter, and there was still lots to do - certainly a whole lot more fun in the summer. The unit is spacious and well laid out. Was a great stay.

Our stay at Tom and Deb’s was spectacular! Their location is just 1 block to the beach (very helpful when you have little ones to bring back and forth) and within reaching distance to Barnacle Bills and all the great food options on 35. Their home was filled with all the amenities you could need. Their home didn’t feel like a rental, you walked in and felt right at home. We hope to be back next year!😎

The perfect place for easy access to the beach and train to Asbury park. Lorraine was wonderful and made us cookies on our arrival and muffins on our departure. She was an excellent host and the town home was absolutely perfect. Wonderful kitchen for cooking, very comfortable beds and all the amenities you need. This is a must stay if you are in the area and Lorraine’s hospitality tops it all!

Place was very clean and comfortable. Very walkable to beach and boardwalk. Benjamin was easy to get in touch with before arriving and helpful during our stay. We enjoyed the front porch and the large basement. The kitchen was well stocked and even had Tupperware for leftovers. We would stay again.

The house is wonderful – very clean, cozy, and just like the photos. Everything was well taken care of and thoughtfully arranged. Michele was an amazing host – kind, attentive, and super helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

I can honestly say this particular property exceeded my expectations . The home is a lot more beautiful in person, and offers more amenities than is listed on the website. The property is also conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, and entertainment establishments that are family friendly. Theresa, who was the host during my stay, exceeded my expectations as well. Her instructions to check in the property was clear, and if I had any questions or concerns, she would respond within the hour. I would definitely rent this property again in the future.

It was a fantastic stay for a few friends and I! Plenty of space and a walkable distance to all the action. The place looks exactly like the listing if not better. We will definitely consider staying again if in the area.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Seaside Heights. There was a lot to do. The townhome was comfortable and perfect for our family. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions that we had and provided good dining recommendations. All in all, our stay in this lovely townhome was wonderful.

Amazing experience at this place. Everything there is very new and modern, the house was clean from top to bottom. Me and my friends had a fantastic time. Teresa was an absolute sweetheart and helped me with any questions I had. Five minute walk from the boardwalk, go-karts, and mini gold was really sweet and the 7/11 across the street helped me grab items I forgot at home. As my first experience on AirBnB, it was as flawless as I could wish for.

Despite 3 days of rain we had a great stay. The unit is small but the location to the beach is worth it. Only struggle was that I may have misunderstood the yard description. I assumed it was completely fenced. It wasn’t and we had to keep our pup on a leash whenever outside. Again, the location makes up for it all. Friendly neighborhood, close to everything.

María was a wonderful host! I would rebook based on our interactions alone. Her home was clean, safe and welcoming, 10/10 would recommend. We will definitely be staying with her again!

Janet was very responsive, readily communicating with me via email, phone, and text. She made extra accommodations for our big group, like being flexible with check in and check out times and offering extra sheets and towels. The best things about the place were: 3-5ft pool that is great for kids, hot tub, convenient shower by the pool, luxurious private elevator (great for my in-laws who are close to their 70s), roof top for alfresco dining, proximity to the beach (one short block), water/theme parks, and ice cream spots, and new-ish feel of the whole place (floors, walls, decor, etc). Much of the boardwalk and the theme park were shut down starting around Labor Day evening, and the beach was almost empty the next day (very peaceful). Overall, we had a great first time to Jersey Shore and highly recommend this place!

This was my families first experience with Airbnb and the process was straightforward and easy. The place was exactly as described in the listing. What impressed me most was how well stocked the unit was. We didn’t have to worry about linens, towels, beach chairs and umbrellas or the simplest items like toilet paper and tissues. Jeannette, the host, was very responsive and the little touches like the welcome sign, candy and sand toys were appreciated. We enjoyed the large dining table that our entire family could sit around as well as the roof top deck with plenty of seating. If you’re up for stairs, this place is very spacious. Our only wish was that a couple of the beds were a little more comfortable. Ultimately, I would book again if staying in Seaside with our family of 10. Thanks again for the great experience!

Had such a great time staying here. The house was spacious, the beach is so close by, there are so many restaurants around. The only thing I would say is that there’s a smell in the house that made my friends allergic. Other than that it was great! Definitely recommend staying here & I would do it again.

This was my first Airbnb experience! From the minute I had interest in this listing - Chelsea was extremely accommodating and quick to respond with any questions or concerns I had:) Chelsea's listing was super clean and it was perfect for me as a Mom who stayed down the shore watching over a few teen boys:) ( and believe me ~ I am super picky with cleanliness) The surrounding restaurants were very good and super close:) I am personally not a fan of the "seaside boardwalk" but it was far enough for me~ but yet close enough so the teen boys could walk to and from on their own. We rented over Memorial Day weekend so it was super crowded near the boardwalk, but not by Chelsea's place! Definitely a family friendly area ~ This was the perfect little getaway for some relation and fun! We hope to someday rent again in the near future:)

Our stay was comfortable and easy to get to. We went to a park close by and walked each day, people everywhere we went were very friendly. I would recommend this to anyone. The host answered any questions within minutes and we enjoyed our stay very much. Can’t wait to do it again. Thank you to our host Mike.
