This is a house on the shore of Lake Otsuka Park in Shin-Mizuto Hakkei. It started in July 2021. You can have a relaxing chat with friends and family, or shut out the busy everyday life and spend time looking at the pond. Self check-in and check-out. We're renovating, but The building is old and located in nature, so please refrain from booking if you are nervous. We have two single and semi-double beds from Simmons, which were used in the 1970s chandeliers and luxury hotels. The Japanese-style room can accommodate up to 3 people. Otsukaike Park has a 2.6 km path that is perfect for walking pets and running, and the Sakura Square, wooden bridges, playground equipment, fishing, and picnics make it a great place for people to relax. It is one of the leading swan migratory spots in the Kanto region, and in winter, many swans rest their wings, and it is a very beautiful pond surrounded by magnificent trees such as Japanese red pines. There is a supermarket, "Gokuraku-yu", nearby. We have electric stoves and kerosene stoves available. This is a property dedicated to dogs where you can relax in a 100 tsubo private dog run. The dog can enter all rooms, so you can rest in the same bed as the owner. The floor is cushioned floors and carpets to prevent your dog from slipping. The dog run is fully lawn, so it is gentle and difficult to stain on the dog's legs. (The dog run is surrounded by fences and concrete, but in the case of a super-small dog, please be sure to check with the owner before freeing the dog due to the possibility of shedding.) It is a small elevated location 36 meters above sea level, so you can see the sea from every room. The sea (sandy beach) is a 6-minute walk away, so it's just the right distance for a walk.
