The apartment is very well located and is quite spacious. Alex was always attentive and responding promptly to our queries very kindly. I think a point of improvement is the issue of heating, at least we were touched by well icy nights, and although there is a heater in the apartment, it is only possible to use it for one room. In our case, it worked for us because we were 2 adults and a baby, but if a large group of people goes, there is no way to heat the other bedrooms. Anyway, all good!

The environment is very quiet, perfect for those who want to disconnect, the host was always available to answer our questions and provide help. They must be clear that it is necessary to move to Coquimbo, Totoralillo, Guanaqueros, Tongoy or Serena to find a beach. Transfers between 5 to 15 minutes depending on the traffic

The house is very nice, the view of the city was the best, everything was clean and tidy. Communication with Nicole was very cordial, and she was attentive to everything. I totally recommend this place. We had a great rest.

Excellent host, always concerned about our stay. Very quiet place which allows a complete rest, in addition to the beach of totoralillo which is wonderful, everything excellent. If we will go again? We would definitely do it. PD: owns parking; Totoralillo beach 10 minutes from the house by car, supermarkets between 10-15 minutes drive.

The apartment of Rocío is very well located, in front of restaurants and close to bars, the view of the sea is unbeatable. Inside it has everything you need for a good stay, the host left us bottle water and two candies that saved us after a long trip.
