You can walk to the beach (Vermelha do Centro 400m), Tenório (800m), Cedrinho (about 30 minutes walk). The space is small but well equipped and cozy. It also has an outdoor area, enjoy! Access to the house and the beach is via stairs and trails. Not recommended for people with limited mobility.
