House holiday rentals in Toowoon Bay

This is a beautiful lakehouse that balances the charm of a well-loved family home with the glamour of gorgeous architecture and beautiful lake views. You get the most wonderful sunset from the deck but I also highly recommending sitting by the lake in the early morning. If the lake is still enough, it becomes a perfect mirror of the sky and the occasional pelican will float on by. The host, Justin, was also very friendly, generous, and responsive. Highly recommend for a stay a group of friends or big family.

We stayed at Daniel and Sasha’s property in Picketts Valley, what a gorgeous home it is. Everything is just like the photos. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here. With a large family catch up, their place had plenty of space and so much to do for the kids. Apart from the kids swimming in the heated pool and feeding the cutest little ponies every day, the bottom level of the house is a kids playroom. With something to do for all ages. The kids were so entertained. We are a family who love to cook, so the kitchen was fabulous. Lots of boards for a grazing table and a glass of wine in the afternoon watching the sunset with beautiful views. We appreciated the attention to detail and the simple things provided by Daniel and Sasha that made our stay really relaxing. We will be booking with them again. Thanks for making our 4 day break so enjoyable!

beautiful place. my travel group gasped out loud at first peep through the doors. ample space for all of us without getting into each other's way. place is exactly like the photos. hot water and heater worked excellent in the cold weather. really nothing to complain about. would love to stay again. Evelyns space was nice and quiet with spectacular views of Pittwater Bay. My family had an absolutely lovely stay. Evelyn is very helpful and quick to respond to anything guests may need. Apartment is in great location, walking distance to town and beaches.

The proprietors, Panassa and Nathan, demonstrate outstanding hospitality. Their property is meticulously maintained, showcasing exceptional cleanliness and beauty. We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, Sydney and Chris made us feel so welcome and at home. Their hospitality was unmatched, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our kids had an absolute blast playing on the property. We were lucky enough to borrow the kids toys, which kept everyone entertained. The property itself is stunning, with a lovely pool that provided endless fun and relaxation. Every corner of the home felt inviting and cozy. We couldn't have asked for a better retreat for our family and friend’s. Thank you for your warmth and kindness; we can't wait to return! The location is perfect for a short getaway and very suitable for little kids. The house was very clean and has great amenities for kids. Renee is also very proactive with recommendations and the likes. We had a great stay!

Villa Nessa was an amazing stay! Vanessa was friendly and attentive, being quick to reply to all questions, queries, and issues we had during our stay. The house itself was beautifully appointed, well equipped, and spotless upon arrival, with the location being very peaceful and serene. There was plenty to do at the bnb with the pool and hot tub being especially big hits. Would definitely recommend!

Lisa's house was absolutely beautiful. It's newly renovated, clean, tidy and ultra comfortable. Lisa goes beyond, and I mean beyond as an air bnb host, from the milk of our choice to snacks and a stocked cupboard. Even the hand soaps and bathroom accessories were all high end and felt like a hotel! The house is immaculate, and the views are stunning. A 5 min drive to Terrigal or 10 min to South Avoca so there's plenty of of beautiful beach all around. Thank you Lisa, and absolutely fabulous week.

Words cant describe the Pagoda Point house George built, Patrick and Liam (contact on the river) could not of been more helpful in explaining the house and many of its features. We sat around the fireplace all afternoon, then watched the sunset. The house is tucked away overlooking the river with no neighbours near you. It was 10 minutes to the Brooklyn bridge 15 minutes to Berowra Waters ferry. 5 minutes to Petes Bite restaurant. I have travelled around the world and I have never stayed in such a amazing house with the most amazing views.

Our Easter week stay was terrific. House was spacious and very well equipped. Quiet location right by the coastal path. Great little outdoor area outside kitchen perfect for relaxing.

We loved our stay! Fiona and Dean were very friendly and accommodating for our large group. The entire place was very clean and spacious, and the fresh produce Fiona and Dean left for us was so thoughtful! It's a very family-friendly place and our kids had a brilliant time. They loved collecting the fresh eggs from the chickens each day, roasting marshmallows on the fire pit at night, and playing with all the fantastic games and activities in the house and yard! It was perfect. For the adults, the house has such incredible views of the entire valley and we all loved waking up to the beautiful sunset each morning and cooking BBQs on the deck every evening. It was a very memorable weekend and we hope to come back someday!

Kim’s place was a wonderful stay on the Central Coast. Beautifully styled and incredibly comfortable, we felt instantly at home. There is a really special feel to the house, and the views are absolutely amazing. Though it’s in a suburban area, you’d barely know when you’re inside the home. It’s incredibly private and surrounded by beautiful trees. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. All communication was helpful, friendly and thorough, and check in was smooth. The surrounding area is bordered by national park and clifftop walks. It is quite a hilly area which helps with the views and is good exercise. We loved walking to the Bateau Beach cafe about 20 minutes walk from the house which has great breakfast and coffee. If you’re looking for a relaxing and comfortable place with incredible views, Kim’s place is hard to beat! Thanks again Kim!

Aki’s home was exactly how it was advertised. It’s the nicest place we have stayed in thus far. I go away every year with my kids and I have to say the house blew us away. As we opened the door it felt welcoming. It was extremely clean inside and out. Aki left the pool heater on for us which was a bonus touch. The spa was lovely and clean and definitely a highlight for us all. The BBQ area was clean and tidy and easy to use. Aki had thought of everything. She has a great eye for detail. The furniture furnishings and the decor all matched, look fairly new and I couldn’t fault anything about this house. I wish we could have stayed a little longer. We are hoping to return in the summertime.

The views were stunning, and the surrounding area was so peaceful and serene — the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The kitchen and pantry were incredibly well-stocked, which made cooking at home really convenient. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the space feel welcoming and practical, and it’s very well suited for a longer stay. We also loved the great local café nearby — it quickly became our go-to for coffee and breakfast. Stephen was a fantastic host: clear, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. We’d happily return and highly recommend this stay to others!

What a fantastic find! Suited our needs perfectly. Extremely well equiped and beautiful, luxurious decor. It was spotlessly clean. Everything had been thought of and more. Pantry was loaded with basics , welcome basket was….well, welcome and a few toys and games intrigued our 3 yr old. Outside was just as lovely but the weather prevented us from making the most of it.. We spent the day at the Amazing Adventure Park at Wyong Creek. Would recommend it for those with young kids.

The house was huge! There are empty of rooms to accommodate our group of 15. Kids made good use of the table tennis table and everyone enjoyed BBQ dinner on the deck. Thanks for hosting us :)

A slice of heaven with the most stunning view.Perfect spot for our family to bond and spend quality time together with the pool, kayaks, outdoor firepit and fishing. The house was spotless which is always so important to me! Hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. Wyong itself was not the most appealing of towns. Mingara Club about 15mins drice away had some nice meals options.
