The log house has fresh air, you get a good night's sleep. A respite from the hustle and bustle. The location is central: 1 hour drive to Helsinki, 30 min to Hyvinkää, Hämeenlinna 40 min. The house was built in 1914. The spirit of the villa is a bit like a detached house and a cottage in the countryside. The personal log house is like the story of Pippi Longstocking, not everything is completely finished - but the atmosphere is atmospheric. Spacious hand-carved log cabin on the shore of a clear-water lake. A good sandy beach, which is gently deepening and safe for children. There is a private dock. The cottage has electric heating and a fireplace. Firewood is included in the rent. The outdoor toilet is composting. A rowing boat and fishing gear are available. You can pick berries and mushrooms in the nearby forests. Great nature attractions, such as national parks, are a short drive away. Distance from Helsinki, Turku or Tampere about 100 km.

The beautiful scenery of the national park opens up in every direction from the windows of the house. Outdoor trails start right from the front door! Relax in the gentle steam of a traditional Finnish sauna, and soak in a hot tub under the starry sky (new clean water for every guest - also in winter). Children will enjoy the large yard with a playhouse, trampoline, swing and yard toys. The villa is located 39 kilometers from Helsinki Airport and 36 kilometers from the center of Helsinki.

Welcome to our private cottage to enjoy your stay! Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included (airfryer, no oven), big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you.

Located in the Högfors industrial area, this atmospheric two-bedroom apartment is well equipped and beautifully decorated. A short walk away you will find the services of Högfors' Ruukkialue, such as small boutiques, restaurants and a movie theater. The apartment is located in the same courtyard as the Tehtaan Hotel at the starting point of the Karkkila rapid route. The apartment is also very close to the center of Karkkila.

Detached house in a forested, peaceful environment near Lake Punelia. The beach is about 150m away, where there is a swimming area, a pier and a boat. In the spacious yard there is a separate yard cabin with a (summer) sauna and also accommodation for two. In addition, a barbecue hut was completed in December 2021. Rental of a sleigh is also possible, ask about it separately. Pets are to be agreed separately.
