Beautiful home that accommodated 14 of us comfortably. The outdoors is beautiful and peaceful! The road up to the house was a bit scary the first day as we took the wrong route but after we followed the correct directions provided it was very scenic. This place is perfect for groups who are not going to be traveling back and forth the island much. We found a cute delicious coffee place and a delicious restaurant on the road leading to the house! We’d definitely book again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Was a beautiful place, pool was clean and had lights, kids loved that they were allowed to swim in evenings. Ric answered any questions we had. Would recommend 100%.

This was our second visit to Villas Frontera 512, and it will certainly not be the last. I stayed with my wife and children, and we all enjoyed it to the fullest. The property is perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with family. The pool, with its night lights, gives it a magical touch at night. Right next to it runs a river that adds a super relaxing natural sound, ideal for disconnecting from the noise of the city. We also took advantage of the BBQ area and the pool table The place is fully equipped: the air conditioners cool wonderfully. The countryside atmosphere gives it a special charm: waking up to the roosters crowing in the morning and falling asleep to the sound of the coqui at night is simply spectacular. Everything was impeccable and well taken care of, just like the first time. You can tell the hosts' love and care for keeping this space cozy and unique. 100% recommended for those looking for peace, nature and a family space to enjoy together!

Paul was helpful from the very beginning, he helped us find another apartment close by for my in-laws to stay in and was super responsive to every question we had. It was such a treat to wake up and drink coffee and watch the sunrise on the porch in a place so beautiful and peaceful and close to the ocean. We chose to stay in Manati to be close to the rock climbing in Ciales, about 30 mins inland, and it was just right for that too. Thank you Paul, I hope we’ll be back!

This place was exactly how it was described. Beautiful Place!!! So spacious….the loft area was great for a teenager. The rooftop was peaceful and private! Loved everything about this place!!!

Great location! Walkable to the beach, pool, and hotel amenities next door. Good instructions. Very clean and comfortable. Side note- There is no shade at the beach or pool, which is tough if you are super fair-skinned like me. A beach umbrella was provided, which was super nice, but even the slightest bit of wind caused it to invert and be unusable. So, you may want to bring a Shibumi with you in your luggage if you want shade on the beach. Also, be sure to bring your snorkel gear as you can see tropical fish in the water! The only slight drawback was no washer or dryer, but I was aware of this beforehand. I just think having that would have elevated the experience to a 10/10! Overall, would recommend a stay here! Thanks!

Angelica’s place was clean and comfortable and the surroundings are beautiful. I loved watching the sunset and drinking coffee on the balcony with the sounds of the waves. It is literally next to a famous beach in Puerto Rico, Mar Chiquita and there are many other beaches close by. Its private and peaceful, but also close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Angelica was responsive to any questions I had and check in could not have been easier. We go to Puerto Rico often and have had many experiences with air bnb and this is the first place I would pay to stay in again. I highly recommend!
