We like to pamper our guests. Delightful and bright apartment in Torre del Lago Puccini, a hamlet of Viareggio (600 m from the center of the pass and 6 km from the center of Viareggio), first and last floor, modern style, non-smoking, private parking. Very quiet, close to the sea and the beach, in an ideal geographical context to visit Tuscany and Cinque Terre. It overlooks a private street, so silence and tranquility are guaranteed. We speak French (mother tongue), English and Italian. It consists of a living room with Smart TV, dining area, kitchenette, double bedroom with air conditioning (possibility of adding a camping bed for children), bedroom with 2 single beds (cm80x190 each), bathroom (with comfortable shower cabin, toilet, sink, bidet, hairdryer, cabinet with mirror), 4 balconies (with living room access, dining area, kitchen and bedroom), private parking space (not covered), as well as the possibility of parking on the main street. It is accessed via a large external staircase. The kitchen is equipped with a stove (4 gas burners), electric oven, fridge with freezer/glacier, various appliances (microwave oven, Italian coffee maker - mocha, American coffee, waffle coffee machine - Dolce Gusto, toaster, electric kettle, mini-pimer, electric shake); on the kitchen balcony washing machine and service sink. Each room is equipped with heating (methane) managed with programmable thermostat; also in the master bedroom also air conditioning. Thermo-autonomous with continuous hot water production. All rooms are equipped with Schuko outlets and mosquito nets with windows and doors (renovated in 2024). Wi-fi (by agreement), Smart TV (flat screen), washing machine, ironing board and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer, electric broom, selection of books in Italian and foreign language (French, Portuguese, German, Flemish, Dutch, Polish, Russian and Romanian); also possibility of a camping bed and high chair for a child (both by prior agreement).
