Waterfront holiday rentals in Torre dell'Orso

Alles hat super geklappt und hat uns gefallen. Aufgrund der sehr schnellen und freundliche Kommunikation vor dem Aufenthalt waren wir gut vorbereitet. Vor der Ankunft übernahm dann ein Kollege den Kontakt und wir wurden vor Ort empfangen. Alles hat super geklappt, wir bekamen die Wohnung gezeigt und erhielten weitere Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Bei Fragen, die sich während der Zeit noch ergaben, erhielten wir sehr schnell eine Antwort und Guiseppe war ein hervorragender und super freundlicher Ansprechpartner. Das Parken Parken vor Ort ist nicht ganz einfach, aber es gibt einen großen Parkplatz 2 Minuten vom Apartment entfernt, den wir nutzten. Alternativ kann man auch über Fiorenza einen Tiefgaragenplatz buchen. Das Apartment selbst ist nicht riesig, aber sehr neu und gepflegt mit großem Bad und kleinem Balkon von dem aus man etwas das Meer sehen kann. Ideal gelegen an der Promenade hat man alles – Shops, Lokale, Strände – vor der Tür.

Amazing Place: Very clean with all the little things you need for an extended stay. Beautiful views from the terrace. We used it as a hub to. Visit the beaches of the area. A perfect stay!

Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang von der eigenen Terrasse genossen, einfach traumhaft die Aussicht! Zu Fuss zu erreichen sind die beiden herzigen Orte mit Strandpromenade! Parken war im Oktober problemlos direkt vor dem Haus möglich. Lorenzo bzw die Co-Gastgeber waren immer hilfreich und sehr freundlich - absolut empfehlenswert!

Abbiamo avuto l'appartamento per 3 settimane. Molto ben arredato, moderno, cucina piccola ma funzionale e ben equipaggiata. Molto vantaggioso avere il garage proprio a disposizione. Stefania e Lorenzo molto disponibili e sempre pronti a rispondere alle nostre domande e richieste. Ottima anche la posizione. Soddisfatti! p.s.: unica pecca forse il balcone un pò piccolo in relazione alla grandezza dell'appartamento, ma Stefania ce l'aveva comunicato!

Chiara truly earns her title of superhost! She personally greeted and farewelled us and made us feel so welcome in her stunning home, a casa di Adele. The location is perfect and walking around Castro was so enjoyable and easy. The view from the outdoor area was such a pleasant way to relax and soak up the sun and fresh air each day. Chiara is extremely generous and adds so many extras to make her guests comfortable. We really appreciated things such as the drinks, snacks, and breakfast for our first night and morning. We also noticed special touches like plenty of towels, spare power adaptors and citronella candles. Be sure to visit grotto Zinzulusa, eat delicious seafood and swim at the Castro marina. We thoroughly loved our stay in Castro and were very sad we couldn’t stay longer. Best Airbnb this trip, by far!

Terrasse magnifique avec vue sur la mer et douche d’extérieur . Appartement fait avec goût et avec des matériaux de qualité. Accueil 5 étoiles avec le sourire et une bouteille de vin de la région ( et une bouteille d’eau au frais). Communication simple et rapide avec l’hôte. La plage de sable est à 5 minutes à pied. Un hébergement de grande qualité , je recommande vivement.

We loved the views from this bright, stylish and clean apartment. The host was friendly and check in went smoothly. We were able to find free street parking nearby. Highly recommend this home.

We stayed for 11 nights in June. The place was very private and quiet. The apt. had everything we needed. The sea was really just a 1 minute walk away and there were hardly any other people swimming. The water was very nice. The terrace was incredible and had direct sun only in the morning. The view is east bound. The master bed was good in size, the mattress could be better. Towels and sheets were plenty and clean. The washing machine was good. The kitchen stove works with gas and the hot water works with a boiler. The water pressure was good and the water was always warm. The oven didn’t work unfortunately, switching it on made the electricity go off. WiFi does not work well inside the house but on the terrace, but we didn’t mind. We had a wonderful stay here and would recommend the place for a couple or a small family.

Wir waren zu zweit für sechs Nächte in der Unterkunft und mehr als zufrieden. Mai ist noch vor der Saison, sodass wir allein in der gesamten Straße waren. Die Terasse ist ein Traum, jedoch für die Nachbarn einsehbar. Dadurch, dass wir allein waren, war dies nichts schwierig. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen, Fernando war ein super Gastgeber und war immer gut erreichbar und freundlich!

We had a great stay at Melania. The location was excellent and the host, Vanessa, was incredibly helpful and responsive. We also stayed at Rebecca which was just as pleasant. I would recommend both properties if staying in Brindisi. Thank you for having us!

La casa è veramente molto spaziosa e la posizione vicina a molti luoghi di interesse del salento la rende ottima per chi vuole un po' di tranquillità per le sue vacanze e gli permette di visitare in poco tempo tutto il salento. Camilla è sempre stata disponibile e chiara per ogni nostro dubbio. Consigliatissimo

Maison très bien situé dans un environnement très calme. Pietro est très disponible et a un vrai sens de l'accueil. Idéalement situé pour rayonner sur le territoire et avec une petite plage à proximité (2 mn à pied) pour se baigner en toute sécurité et faire du snorkeling (ce qui est un vrai plus, car en Italie les plages sont soit privée : surchargées, soit difficile à trouver pour un accès à l'eau du fait des spécificités géologiques de la cote). Nous étions en couple et avons très apprécié cette maison.

We had a wonderful week at Antonio’s home. It was even better than the photos and description. Little details like having coffee to make in the morning, some water in the fridge on arrival and cookies for the girls. We arrived quite late and Antonio met us to ensure we got in ok. He was so helpful with recommending some great spots for food, beach clubs, local activities, local supermarkets. In my opinion, Antonio went above and beyond to ensure that we had a lovely holiday.

This house and the garden are so perfect, charming, relaxing, comfortable, all the details are impressive, you will have everything you need. Giuseppe is very kind and welcoming. Thank you very much for all the gifts. I love my stay. The location is perfect to discover the Salento and Puglia in general. I will come back

Staying at Simona’s home in Brindisi was an absolute pleasure. From the moment we walked in, we were completely blown away—it’s the kind of place you instantly fall in love with and dream of moving into forever. The home strikes the perfect balance between modern design and historic charm, with stunning old archways and exposed brick that made our jaws drop. It felt so warm and welcoming, like a true home away from home. Simona herself was the most wonderful host—kind, responsive, and thoughtful in every way. Her hospitality made the experience even more special. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for anything more. This was a perfect stay, and we would return in a heartbeat!

This is a fantastic place and we’d highly recommend it! Beautiful, spacious, spotless, well-decorated apartment in a great location with roof terraces (plural!) with amazing views. Ludovica was the perfect host- very responsive and helpful and the apartment guide was a very thoughtful and useful addition. Gallipoli is also a great place to stay when exploring Puglia, with lovely local beaches, good restaurants, activities and other towns in easy distance. Thank you Ludovica!

Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Zeit in Vittorios Wohnung. Der große Balkon hat einen tollen Blick auf‘s Meer. 2 Strände liegen direkt gegenüber nur durch die wenig befahrene Straße von der Wohnung entfernt. Auch der freie Stadtstrand mit der windgeschützten Bucht ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Das Meer ist kristallklar und leuchtet in allen Blautönen. Auch die Altstadt von Otranto ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu Fuß bequem zu erreichen und bietet reichlich Auswahl an Restaurants und Eisdielen. Vittorio hat uns sehr nett empfangen, hat uns auch während des Aufenthaltes viele Tipps gegeben und ist mit uns in Kontakt geblieben. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft jedem der einen entspannten Urlaub in Otranto verbringen will.

This apartment is excellent. The location and views are amazing. We enjoyed the proximity to beach, local cafe and constantly changing vista. Out hosts were very supportive and friendly, but allowed us the space for a quiet holiday. We appreciated quick responses when we asked for recommendations. This is an outstanding apartment: three spacious elegant bedrooms with very comfy beds, each with an en suite bathroom. The terrace has a lovely view and is the highest of all surrounding buildings, ie very private. Modern kitchen. AC in each room that works and is easy to operate. Giovanni was responsive - what we asked for was addressed quickly, as well as they could. We had one issue which was properly compensated for.

Our experience at Elizabeth's apartment was fantastic from start to finish. Communication with her was seamless; she was always quick to assist and answer any questions we had. Elizabeth went above and beyond, providing detailed instructions for our late check-in and sharing wonderful recommendations for nearby restaurants. The apartment was spotless, and we especially enjoyed the balconies with their stunning views. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Gallipoli. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für das tägliche Leben braucht und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Dachterrasse mit dem Blick aufs Meer ist einfach nur traumhaft und zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Altstadt. Klare Empfehlung!

Antonio est un hotte parfait ! L’appartement est très bien équipé, il y’a tout ce qu’il faut : café, eau, sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, plein de fruits au frigo et plein d’autres attentions comme une bouteille de rosé ☺️ Cet accueil nous a fait oublier nos 6h de route ! L’environnement est calme, à proximité de port Badisco où il y’a un bar le Skafè sur le bord de la falaise absolument cool ! Les plages, dont une à 10min à pieds, sont superbes. Bref tout était parfait et nous serions ravis si tous les air bnb pouvait être comme celui d’Antonio. Nous vous le recommandons vivement ! Merci pour tout Antonio 🤩

Loved my experience here. Beautiful location. People are friendly in the building and surrounding area. Giovanni is warm and communicative. There was coffee and other necessities to cook. I hope to make it back there one day. Thank you Giovanni.
