A cozy 60 m², recently renovated, attic in the heart of the historic center of Mondovi. The apartment overlooks a lively square and it has a nice view over the mountains. If you stay here you'll be able to forget your car. You can walk through the main streets of the city center or reach Mondovì Piazza, the oldest part of the town located on a hill. If you prefer to wander around the surroundings of Mondovi, in less than half-hour-drive, you'll be able to reach the mountains or the Langa region.

Welcome in our life's project. An attic with 3 cozy rooms completely renovated and with original 60's bathrooms style. The park will guarantee you relax and peace. A "summer kitchen" (from june to september) and a porch that used for lunch/dinner. We live on the ground floor, but the entrance is indipendent. We are in the mid of Cuneo, half an hour from the mountains, 15 min. from the Langhe, and 50 min. from the sea. For less than 6 people contact us if you want whole house.
