Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

When it was first spotted this old Umbrian cowshed had stood derelict for over 40 years and was in desperate need of some TLC. Now, newly completed (summer 2022) this traditional rural building has been lovingly restored by the owner architect, who with the help of amazing local craftsmen has sensitively combined the best of contemporary design with traditional restoration work. The Cellar (Palazzo Pallotti)

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

B&B Il Vecchio Ulivo - Frantoio room

The B&B is located in a rural area of the Orvieto hills and is 15 km from the center of Orvieto; precisely on the Umbro Casertinese state road - Biagio locality - which leads from Orvieto to Montefiascone. It is a typical tuff farmhouse, dating back to the sixteenth century, whose stones were extracted from the hill that surrounds and protects it. Completely renovated in 2009, it has three rooms for guest use, nicely furnished with private bathroom.
