This studio flat is in the same building like our other listing. Totally separated from main house with a modern kitchenette, a comfy double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Ideal for an individual or for a couple to have a nice short stay. It has a smart TV, wi-fi, central heating, micro,fridge, toaster and kettle. Has not got oven, hob, freezer, washer and dishwasher. Unfortunately not suitable for babies or children to stay. There is a roundabout almost in front.

But close to all amenities within a short walk. 3 minutes walk from Nottingham, Trent University. few minutes walk to number one bus stop. that takes you to Trent Bridge the forest, football ground (both 16 mins)and into the city (22 mins). Skylink bus directly to East Midlands airport. Morrisons supermarket is a short walk away 10 mins. Tesco express garage. A great place to stay, very close to bus stop and the university. The common space is very clean and has a lot of things to do like pool table, arcade, piano, gym, and sauna. The room is comfy and has a TV that you could lay in bed and watch. Felt more like a hotel than a student accommodation :)

Nancy was a lovely host and made us feel very welcome. We had a very comfortable stay in her lovely home. Our bathroom was really nice as were the treats she left us for breakfast both in the fridge and fruit etc. We would have no hesitation staying there again. While the property is near a busy road because the bedroom is at the back of the house overlooking the garden it was very peaceful. Parking was also convenient and safe.
