1日1組（最大8名まで）のお宿。世界遺産・熊野本宮大社や熊野古道まで車で5分。バス停高津橋から徒歩約10分（本宮大社迄の本宮町内へは無料送迎）また「聖」は、熊野川をのぞむ静かな集落にあります。ご家族や友人と一緒に、他の人を気にすることなくお過ごし頂けます。 夜は満天の星空を眺め、朝は鳥の鳴き声で目覚める自然の中にあるお宿。周辺には温泉［湯の峰・川湯・渡瀬（送迎無料）］がございます。お食事は軽食、お飲み物等をご用意しております。朝食はパン・卵等をご用意しております。また、各種お弁当等（有料）の注文も可能です。食材は持ち込み自由。BBQ道具も有料でレンタル可能。予約時にご相談ください。キッチンはご自由にお使い下さい。電子レンジ・ケトル・トースター・冷蔵庫・炊飯器等をご自由にお使い頂けます。基本的な調味料もご自由にお使い下さい。洗濯機設置。靴乾燥機もございます。聖のリビングは梁見せ天井の趣きある設えとなっており、ゆったりとした寛ぎの時間をお過ごしください。山あいに位置しており、心身共に安らぐ空間となっております。ホストは施設敷地内に滞在しております。お荷物の事前搬送可能。お問い合わせ下さい。

A　rustic Japanese village getaway

Experience a stay in a traditional Japanese house, tucked inside the forested mountains of the Yoshino Valley. This converted farmhouse is located in Kawakami Village, the source of the Yoshino/Kino river. The house sits just above an idyllic swimming spot, perfect for families to enjoy the cool, clear waters Guests will have the full property to themselves, which includes a handmade cedar bathtub with views across the river. There is also outdoor space to enjoy barbecuing under the stars.

A Satoyama Private Retreat in Nara

A private Satoyama retreat in the mountains of Nara, just 20 minutes from the city. This traditional one-group-per-day house is renovated with reclaimed wood and uses fresh mountain spring water. Enjoy hands-on cooking with organic rice and vegetables from our farm. Relax in a wood-fired bath, and in the morning experience a Japanese tea ceremony surrounded by nature. Dinner options include Japanese meal or pizza making. Our meal service is available for parties of two or more guests.

奈良県十津川村に位置しながら和歌山県・三重県がすぐ隣にあり、世界遺産の熊野古道や瀞峡、玉置神社、熊野本宮大社といった観光名所をはじめ、湯ノ口温泉、川湯温泉、湯の峰温泉、十津川温泉といった温泉地からも近い場所に位置しています。階段ダンスを使ったロフトや古い芋坪を改修した地下室などがある一棟貸しの空間で、期間によってはアーティストの滞在・制作場所としても活用されます。徒歩2,3分の場所にドイツ人アーティストによる野外彫刻作品ONKAIがあり、自然とアートをお楽しみいただけます。朝食やお弁当、夕食はオプションとなり、熊野地域の野菜を使ったベジタリアン向けメニューをご用意しています。 ⚠︎川が近いことと自然に囲まれたエリアのため、暖かい時期には虫が多く、室内に侵入してくることもあります。自然豊かな場所の特性を理解した上でご予約くださいませ。 ⚠︎100年以上前に建てられた古民家を再生しており、古い材木の魅力をそのまま活用しています。ほこりなどにアレルギーがある方はご注意ください。

"Genki House", a house near Kumano Hongu-Taisha

It’s a house 8km from the Hongu Taisha. (about 15 minutes' drive) If you have a car it's more convenient, but if not I'll be happy to drive you to and from a bus stop or a tourism spot in Hongu area. My family run an organic farm, bakery, NPO offering long-stay for the youth, and an alternative school for children nearby. You'll have some loaves of bread from our bakery(^^)/ （If you don't eat bread please let me know beforehand)

Ocean View Retreat in a Quiet Fishing Village

This is a private, whole-house guesthouse located in the quiet fishing village of Nigishima, Kumano City, Mie Prefecture. On the way to Nigishima, you’ll be greeted by the deep blue ocean known as “Kumano Blue,” and the house sits overlooking the calm waters of Nigishima Bay. To reach the house, you will need to climb approximately 50 steps (about a 5-minute walk), but a beautiful view and peaceful atmosphere await you at the top.

Reservation start from 2 person / 2 nights minimum. We accept only one group at a time so you will have exclusive use of the entire property. Guesthouse is a typical old Japanese house, not like a resort Hotel or Ryokan for business. We have no meal service. Mikiura village is surrounded by the clear blue sea and natural green mountains. You'll enjoy real Japan such as rural life experience, quiet time and beautiful nature.
