Such a great property. The house itself is very nice, spacious and thoughtfully put together. The pool, sauna and sauna are amazing. Would thoroughly recommend.

All previous reviews indicated a top class house in every respect and I can only reiterate those views. If I could have given a 6 star rating I would have done so. All generations (grandparents, parents and children) thoroughly enjoyed using all of the facilities provided from cooking, eating and drinking to the outside play area, the pool and the gym. Further the location was most agreeable, in easy reach of lots of beautiful countryside and interesting places to visit in South Gloucestershire. Helen-Louise’s communications were responsive, clear and most helpful. The perfect host!

We had a great stay at the barn, celebrating a big birthday. There were 6 adults staying and we were all extremely comfortable. Mike and Joan were very hospitable, generous and responsive. The barn is as fabulous as the photos suggest. The views are amazing. The pool is wonderful. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We very much hope to return.

Easter weekend is difficult & expensive accommodation-wise yet we were able to find this gem of a house in a quiet corner of Somerset, on a branch line between Bath & Bradford-on-Avon. We had lovely walks along the Avon, trips by train into Bath & B-on-A, we had drinks in the garden in the sunshine (didn't brave the pool - it is still only April!) and ate our meals in the cheerful large kitchen. We also didn't try out the croquet - we might have done with a longer stay - who knows? The village is beautiful to walk around too, almost all Cotswold stone, to be recommended. Many thanks to Deborah & Philip for a wonderful stay.

Matt's place is fantastic. We had a truly wonderful stay at his house and very much enjoyed the garden and the swimming pool. Paul was super attentive and welcoming, making sure all our needs were met and offering helpful recommendations. A fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it. Looking forward to coming back next year!

We had an a amazing stay. The home was so comfortable. I was visiting with 7 friends so they set all the room as single beds which was perfect for us. The pool was so nice and we enjoyed an evening swim while watching movies on the projector. The area is so peaceful and there are some lovely pubs nearby such as the litton. I would love to visit again!

Michelle’s house was perfect for a weekend seeing friends in Bristol. It was really well located to get out and about and great to relax in and cook dinner. The beds and towels were super comfy and Michelle was friendly and proactive. Thanks for making everything so easy for us!

Well appointed, comfortable accommodation. Superbly located for harbourside, Clifton and Bristol city centre.

We arrived at 3:00am so all the little extras coffee, tea, biscuits, etc were much appreciated after a long day of travel. Great recommendations on local area, and overall a really great part of the city to stay in.

We loved our stay at Yasmine's beautiful home. The photos don't do this gorgeous, colourful, art filled space justice. Everything exceeded expectations - we would love to come back. The neighbourhood is very cool, we didn't need to leave at all to find beautiful places to eat, drink and walk. We found the record collection a huge added bonus too! I can't recommend this beautiful home enough. 5* from check in to check out. Thanks so much :)

Had a lovely stay at Gordon’s place, the house was lovely, very clean and spacious, especially liked the large dinning and garden areas. Also lots of nice touches with plenty bottled water, tea, coffee, milk etc. Gordon was an excellent host, providing information on the area and responding quickly to emails. We found the location was perfect for visiting Bristol with the bus running right past the house and the bus to Bath only a 10min walk away. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will return in the future, thank you.

What a great find. A perfect base for visiting friends and exploring Bristol with young kids. The house is nice and bright, super close to the park, and an easy walk to the center. Ester is a fabulous host, very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Dave’s place is a cool flat! It’s got everything you need tucked away neatly into a great space thats decorated perfectly. You feel right at home, comfy, well equip, clean and it’s convenient for getting to town to going across to clifton. would recommend!

This is the nicest air b and b I’ve stayed in so far great value for money short drive from Bristol and the house was immaculate. Spotlessly clean beautiful and everything we needed there .even juice milk and biscuits on arrival wich was lovely.perfect home from home for our weekend getaway would definitely go back

We had a fantastic experience at this property - the flat was easy to access and surprisingly private. The garden area was lovely for having breakfast outside in the great weather and we had everything we needed. This is a fantastic location with lots of lovely shops, cafes and places to eat right on the doorstep with very convenient public transport close by. Everything about our stay was perfect and we can't wait to stay again!

Beautiful cottage in a lovely area. Easy to get to Bath and Bristol. Would definitely stay again as so peaceful, awoke to the birds singing every morning.

"TOP DRAWER" Much like the hidden cutlery drawer within the top drawer next to the oven, this property is truly a hidden gem. Situated so close to the stunning Clifton Observatory where we attended a family wedding, yet cocooned by nature and the delight of birdsong. The focus of our stay was the wedding, so to be able to find and settle into our home from home with such ease was greatly appreciated. We are extremely grateful to our host for going above and beyond in allowing us to gift a one night stay to the bride and groom who were extremely grateful for the opportunity to peacefully rest and restore after their big day.
