The apartment in the developed basement of the detached house is about 20 sqm and has: - separate entrance - anteroom with small kitchenette (fridge, 2 induction hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc.) - sleeping area with 140cm double bed -small bathroom with shower, toilet, sink. The nearby northern beach, a beautiful lake, invites you to water sports (water skiing, wakeboarding, swimming,diving) and walks.

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building. The apartment is about 45 square meters with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The city center is within 15 minutes on foot. In the house is the excellent Kua Thai Bistro. Our house is not yet completely renovated, which means that there are some blemishes on the facade, in the staircase and also in the garden. For long-term stays for two, please request a discount.

The accommodation has 2 bedrooms, whereby one bedroom can be reached via the hallway and is equipped with a toilet/sink In this bedroom there is a French balcony (floor-to-ceiling secured window) overlooking the World Heritage Site
