Our spacious and beautifully restored medieval house and large private garden is within the walls of the serene and picturesque heritage-listed village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, where the film "Chocolat" was filmed. From here you can explore wineries, beautiful villages and peaceful countryside, chateaux, abbayes and museums. You can even hop on the train to Paris or explore the towns of Dijon or Beaune, the wine capital of Burgundy. The house has a beautiful character and ambiance. It is suited for couples and families.

Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children maximum The apartment consists of a bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room with a sofa that can be converted into a bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with an Italian shower. This accommodation is my place of residence when you are not staying there, you will be assured of always having it clean and comfortable

Old stone house from 1742, fully restored with washing machine, dishwasher, 3-drawer freezer. Private courtyard for cars, 2 terraces behind the house overlooking the garden and woods. Possibility of sleeping 2 additional people in sofa bed. Towels not included, available as an option. Lots of things to visit.

The British owners live next door having enjoyed the fresh air, peace and lack of light pollution at night for over 20 years - need we say more!
