Studio and legends of the castles

Located 500 m from the banks of the Loire and a 5-minute walk from the city center and the castle, crossing the Île d'Or bridge, it is a real 25 m² house, completely independent, overlooking a garden. Paintings of strange animals adorn the walls. Very cool studio in summer, with portable air conditioning. Private garden, arbor with outdoor seating for dining in the evening (outdoor spot lighting) or for an aperitif. Private parking on the property (car or SUV only).

Located in a small village between Tours and Le Mans, the Tiny house sits at the top of a hill, surrounded by greenery where our two ewes graze. Let yourself be surprised by the calm of the forest. You'll be able to see the stars from your bed and relax in the jacuzzi. Enjoy an unforgettable stay hiking in the vineyards, around the lake or browsing through castles, gardens and museums. Tiny heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer.

Cabin in the heart of nature

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

This former 17th century barn, completely renovated in style, is located in a country setting, located just a 12-minute drive from the city center of Tours. Its access is independent of the owners' adjoining house. WITHOUT A KITCHEN, you will find the necessary comfort and can enjoy private parking, a relaxing garden area not overlooked and inside a fiber wifi connection.
