Wooden-Home Experience

Our wooden home has been built with one thing in mind. Calmness and peace. Here you will have the chance to relax and enjoy nature. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. A full-size fridge, oven, microwave as well as an espresso coffeemaker. The bathroom is spacious and offers a rain-shower. The bedroom has an attic with a single bed, a double bed, a closet as well as a small desk. The main area, the living room has a four-seat comfortable sofa, a TV, and a wood-stove. EV charger available.

I am Andriana, half Swiss, half Greek and I am your host. Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι είναι μαγευτική και βρίσκεται μόλις 2.0 χλμ από το κέντρο, περίπου 1 χλμ από την περιμετρική και 700 μ. από το νοσοκομείο Άγιος Ανδρέας. Α totally independent part of my apartment with his own entrance, is a beautiful, friendly place. The view from the apartment is magical and it's only 2 km from the center, 1 km from Round Road and only 700 m from the main hospital of the city.

Nima's house is a first floor renovated apartment located in Etoliko. Walk the eastern bridge through the Etoliko lagoon, to find yourself in the Etoliko centre, within 10 mins walk. Explore the Vaso Katraki museum, local traditional alleys leading to traditional fish and meat taverns and the inspiring sunset views. Back to the apartment, convenience stores moments away include a bakery for breakfast/lunch, a kiosk, a cafe and a traditional Greek tavern opposite the road.

Μόλις 3 τετράγωνα μακριά απ' την κεντρική πλατεία του Μεσολογγίου, συνδυάζει την άμεση επισκεψιμότητα των μοναδικών ιστορικών σημείων της πόλης, της νυχτερινής ζωής της, αλλά και την ηρεμία της ήσυχης ελληνικής γειτονιάς. Η πλαζ και τα περίφημα λασπόλουτρα απέχουν 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο, το οποίο δεν θα δυσκολευτείτε να παρκάρετε. Άμεση επικοινωνία για ότι χρειαστείτε.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του Αγρινίου (1' με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία) πολύ κοντά σε εμπορικά καταστήματα, εστιατόρια και διασκέδαση. Φούρνος και σουπερ μάρκετ σε απόσταση 1' με τα πόδια. Επίσης στα 2' λεπτά βρίσκεται το Δημοτικό πάρκινγκ Αγρινίου. Μια ιδανική τοποθεσία για επισκέπτες που θέλουν να εξερευνήσουν την πόλη και όχι μόνο.
