With exclusive use of a private patio with large spa hot tub, shaded dining area, bbq, sunbeds and comfy seating perfect for aperitifs.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Based on the River Lot you have access to the river, the gardens and the surrounding countryside. You can swim, kayak, fish, hike or cycle from the house. The town of Prayssac is a short 5 minute drive away with a cinema, restaurants, Boulangerie and three supermarkets. Surrounded by vineyards you can visit the local vignobles and treat yourself to the Malbec wines of this region. You can also simply relax and admire the views.

On request, we offer a fully plant-based breakfast and private Prenatal Yoga or Hatha Yoga (max 2 people) 60min for 45€ (please request ahead of time) No smoking is allowed on the property. This accommodation is located in a wooden house with independent entrance, built in a modern style. This is a unique opportunity to spend time in a real Finnish house. The house is located in a quiet and wooded area, 3 minutes by car from the village center, dating back to the 13th century and ranked among the most beautiful villages in France. It is possible to book breakfast or dinner with the hostess (professional chef).

The property is nestled on the edge of a small chateau estate and the owners are the only neighbours within view. Perfect for a romantic winter getaway!
