It located on the backend of the property towards the end of the driveway and is located on a very quiet street. Parking is on-street parking, the driveway is for the main house.

Once you come up the stairs, you will find a deck with outside sitting to enjoy the great Florida weather. My place is in a neighborhood about 1-4 miles from most of what Tampa has to offer.
