Holiday rentals with beach access in Townsville

Easy to communicate with. Great location. Easy check in, great location would highly recommend.

We found the Strand Residence to be a great spot for staying in Townsville. It was really nice to have walks by the beach and catch the sunrise in a morning. There were a good number of restaurants nearby as well as the supermarket, so the location was great. Even though it was winter, we're not used to the heat, so between fans and air con when needed, the flat was very comfortable. We had a few hiccups, but Louise sorted everything out very quickly and nothing was to the detriment of our stay.

Such a great little flat in a super location. Walking distance to a beautiful beach, shop and little restaurant. Emma and Matt were amazing at communicating and very generous with check in and out times.

Dan and Lisa were great hosts. Super easy to deal with, and communicated what we needed to know to help us make our stay easy and smooth.

Steve and Bettina’s place was a fantastic location for our 5 day stay. The apartment is as described - clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. It is a great location to restaurants and the Strand as well as nice and quiet! Steve and Bettina were always approachable and responsive with our questions. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Townsville. Thank you x

Cara was a wonderful host and communication was excellent. The unit was spotless (high praise from an OCD cleanliness freak !!) and beautifully decorated. Cara left a lot of extras in the unit which was a lovely surprise and made our stay that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend this property if you’re staying in Townsville. Excellent location on the Strand with easy access to transport, restaurants and cafes. Great apartment with fantastic views of Magnetic Island. Very comfortable and secure. Would recommend highly.

Great unit in a fabulous location with amazing views. Darryl and Julie have gone to great lengths to ensure you have everything that you need. The unit was well equipped and instructions were extremely clear. Will definitely return.

great stay for a big group of people, might be complicated with different groups if all have children due to outside rooms, however, for us was perfect. lots of thoughtfulness in equipping the house with utensils, books, beach toys, kitchen items. you definetly have enough for family get together. We comfortably slept 10.

We loved Richard’s beautiful home. The space has been thoughtfully designed and is beautiful and practical, with the two pavilions offering space and privacy. Beautifully clean and in such a handy location to town. Everything about this has the wow factor. We loved the pool, the indoor-outdoor aspects of the decks hallway. Thank you for hosting us. Highly recommended!

We a wonderful 4 nights @ Treetops. It was very spacious, I booked it for a few extra friends to drop by but we were there buy ourself most of the time. The house is set among the boulders of Magnetic Island, giving it a very local experience. The rock wallabies come to visit every night. The plunge pool is so beautiful to seat in. Drive around the island I think this is one special spot.

My husband & I have stayed on Magnetic Island many times & always love it -Eleanor’s beautiful home was new to us. So peaceful sitting on one of several balconies watching/listening to teeming wildlife in the surrounding National Park. The house itself is fabulous with a lovely ambience. Having had a minor accident (not in the house!) I needed to rest an ankle for a couple of days - being in such a lovely situation holiday was not spoiled as it was a pleasure to just chill out in the house. Eleanor was a perfect host and I wish to thank her for letting us stay at Samsara.

A great location for exploring Picnic Bay and the rest of the island! Thank you for allowing our pet to join us for a long weekend. It’s hard to find a spot on the island that will accept pets but is also conveniently located close to beaches and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

The accomodation was beautifully presented with lots of little welcoming touches. There was plenty of space and thoughtful additions to make our stay memorable. It was exactly what we hoped it would be and more! Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing getaway.

Rachel responded to messages quickly and was clear with the location. The house was clean and peaceful as you only have a few other homes around you. Excellent place if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the main towns. Beautiful views from all over the house with the ocean at your front door.
