We welcome you to our lovely cottage which was built in 1850 and bursting with character ( it was originally a coach house). It sits around the corner from Lark Lane and less than 10 mins from the city centre You will have the entire home to yourself and it has 3 bedrooms, a stylish bathroom,a newly fitted kitchen and a cloakroom toilet downstairs. We are happy to host workers, those visiting family or tourists but we are not suitable for large groups attending for parties/celebrations

My Turner Prize winning house (!) is a 25 minute walk from the city centre and right next to 2 parks. There are numerous buses running from the next street into town. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the friendly neighbourhood, the colourful street, the plants, the quiet and the cosiness. It’s twocottages and it’s two and a half miles from city centre. It has a lake and park at each end of the lane. 7 minutes walk to about 40 restaurants. There is a restaurant next to the cottages. Or use the kitchen here. Almost everything is new and it is a pleasure to live here. Public transport is on this lane but a cab would be maybe £8 to town.
