Quirky Musician's Studio Flat in lovely location

I'm opening my little creative oasis for visitors, while I am spending time away from home. The bright and cosy space is on the first floor of a characterful old building, across the road from Sefton Park and surrounded by trees, offering a comfortable stay. I have quite a collection of musical instruments, some more precious than others - if you want to play any of them please just ask me first. Grove Park is a leafy enclave tucked away in Toxteth, next to the Georgian Quarter. 5 minutes from town and the famous Sefton Park. On nearby Lark Lane there are a plethora of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops to enjoy. The annexe has a bed that can be used as a super king or it unzips into two single beds. There is an ensuite shower room, a kitchenette and a private walled garden for eating/drinking. TV and wifi are provided. Off street parking and home cooked meals are available.

The apartment is in the basement of our Georgian Town House and a 20 minute walk into Liverpool city centre. It's entirely self contained with a modern bathroom, a large combined living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed, washing machine and double bedroom. The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls and full central heating . No stag or hen parties please. Free on street parking. We implement the air bnb recommended enhanced cleaning regime.

This beautifully stylish apartment finds itself in the leafy Sefton park location, which is approximately 2.5miles from the city centre. The building dates back to the 1850’s and has lots of original period Victorian features. The apartment benefits from a lot of space and is adorned with plenty of art, natural stone and parquet flooring. This is truly a unique listing to Liverpool. There are two bedrooms with king size beds and sofa bed in the living room if required.

The Nook - A Cozy Single Room.

My short stay at Betty's place was very pleasant. The location is in a nice, quiet middle class neighborhood with a grocery store, pub, and restaurant within easy walking distance. There are buses running near the apartment for easy access to the center of Liverpool and other areas. Bettty's apartment is very clean, modern and well kept. The room was very nice - comfortable bed, desk and strong internet. Betty and Pang were very friendly, accommodative and hospitable. I strongly recommend Betty's place for short or longer term stay in Liverpool.

Je crois que c'est le plus bel appartement dans lequel j'ai résidé en bnb. Tout était parfait de l'accueil de Rachael avec qui la communication a été fluide, elle a été souple sur les horaires d'arrivée et ses instructions étaient claires et précises. La chambre en elle même avec sa salle de bain privative était parfaite, très bien décorée avec beaucoup de goût, spacieuse, la literie est de qualité et la salle de bain/toilette est spacieuse avec toutes les commodités. L'appartement de Rachael dont on a accès aux parties communes pour déjeuner ou prendre un café est dans un style typiquement anglais avec ses jolies fenêtres avec vue sur le parc en face de l'immeuble, le jardin sur l'extérieur de la propriété est très agréable et bien entretenu. On se sent chez Rachael comme à la maison et elle a pris sur son temps personnel pour discuter de sa ville et de sa vie à Liverpool et me donner des instructions de visites et de restaurants et café. JE RECOMMANDE cet hébergement à 100%

We had a great time! This was a private room in a multi-story home in the beautiful and peaceful Georgian Quarter, a quick walk to things like Peter Kavanaghs, Hope Street, the Knowledge Quarter, and Chinatown, a 10-25 minute walk to the city centre depending on where you're going. Danielle was very responsive and helpful when needed, the wifi worked well, people cleaned the shared spaces periodically, and the other guests were respectful and friendly. Tea and coffee were available, there was a good amount of cookware, a fridge/freezer and washer/dryer, and the place was heated & well furnished with the ability to eat at the table in the kitchen or in the living room. Liverpool is such a fun, artsy city and we enjoyed our stay here. Thanks, Danielle!

We had such a lovely time, Charanjeet was warm, caring, friendly and super helpful, she made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond letting us borrow things we’d forgot!! The room and private bathroom were very clean and it was a lovely roomy space to have. Felt safe there with my 12yr old daughter and if the chance arose would definitely stay again 😃

Lovely stay with SleepGoodNight – the area is quiet and safe, with a few beautiful parks and plenty of great restaurants nearby. Getting to the city centre was quick and easy by public transport. The room was clean, the host was friendly, always ready to help, and very responsive throughout my stay.
