Our guest house is in a quiet residential neighborhood in Ibaraki City. There is a river flowing right next to it, so you can stay while enjoying nature. On the ground floor, there is a cafe motifed with hedgehogs, where you can enjoy delicious coffee and baked goods. You can go to the JR and Hankyu stations by bus from the bus stop, which is a 4-minute walk from our guest house, and the transportation is convenient. There is also a delicious bakery and convenience store nearby, and there is also a shopping mall about a 20-minute walk away, so you can enjoy shopping. The room has a full kitchen, washing machine, washroom, and self-contained toilet and bathroom, making it suitable for long-term stays.The room is about 9 tatami mats, so it can accommodate up to 5 people. Ran Shimizu-ya, a one-story Kyoto townhouse, 6 minutes walk from Shimizu Gojo Station, within walking distance of Shimizu Temple, Gion, Kenrin Temple, and Miyagawa Town

This is a renovated Kyomachi house near Gojo-zaka. A 100-year-old Kyomachi house has been transformed into a guest house where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the good old days. It is a luxurious natural material renovation that uses diatomaceous earth with deodorizing and humidity regulating effects, and unpolluted materials such as hinoki cypress and cedar, with attention to detail in the finish. The whole ceiling is covered with cypress, and the pillars, frames, and baseboards are also made of cypress, creating a space filled with the comfort of real natural materials and the scent of cypress. It is located in the Kiyomizu-dera Temple area, about 6 minutes on foot from Exit 4 of Kiyomizu-Gojō Station on the Keihan Line, near Kiyomizu-dera Temple, one of Kyoto's most famous tourist destinations. Tourist attractions such as Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Ken-in Temple, Yasaka Shrine, Rokubara Hachimangu Shrine, Miyagawa-cho, and Gion are within walking distance.

It is a completely private space with a one-floor studio only. Simple but well equipped. 5 mins walk to nearest station JR Senrioka station. From there, there is excellent access to Shin-Osaka Station in 10 minutes and Kyoto in 30 minutes! Both Osaka and Kyoto are perfect for those planning sightseeing. Surrounding area, there are many popular spots such as Expo Memorial Park, Expo City, and Panasonic Stadium Suita. Convenience stores and supermarkets are just around the corner, making it a convenient environment. There are also restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to access. - ⚠️Information⚠️ - Currently, there is redevelopment work in the area in front of JR Senrioka Station, and construction will continue until FY09 near this facility. In addition, there will be intermittent night work from Tuesday, November 4 to around June 8, 2019. During this period there will be noise during the day and night. Ez access to Shin-Osaka, Namba Studio 301 in Osaka

**You need to climb very steep stairs, so I don't recommend this room to people who have big suitcases! This apartment is located in my hometown which is safe and convenient. The nearest subway station is Higashimikuni which is on one of major subway line in Osaka. It's easy to access lots of popular and famous places! It takes only 1 - 2 min walk from the station to the apartment. There are convenience stores, grocery stores and local restaurants nearby! Check In : 3:00pm Check Out : 10:00am

I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto I started hosting because I love meeting people from all over the world and making new friends. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. The location of the hotel is in a place where you can walk to downtown area of Kyoto and famous temples. It is a very convenient place.
