MODERN HOUSE IN VILAGARCIA

Beautiful newly built house (2014) with 150m, private parking of 130m and 400m solarium area. It has an extra furniture bed and a crib. Possibility of inflatable mattress in extra room. It is a 15-minute walk from downtown and 20 meters from the beach, and the train station is a 5-minute drive away. A very quiet area with very good access to 50 meters. It has bars, a super hairdresser, a gym, and a pharmacy. Perfect place to visit the Rias Baixas, Santiago de Compostela (45km) and Cies Islands

A very quiet area where we can barely hear the boats that go out to fish and where the silence and the sea will make your stay a unique experience. Outside the house has 3 garden areas on which we can find a pool and barbecue area with incredible views. Inside it has a master bedroom in the upper part from which you can see the sea.
