A ground floor Victorian Apartment conversion with a huge bay window over-looking the mouth of the Mawddach estuary and an elevated Terrace to soak up the sunshine and enjoy the sea view. Everything is close by so you won't need the car. The beach is just a 7 minute walk across the park and the town is a 5 minute walk to all the shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs that Barmouth has to offer. As a dog owner I'm quite happy for you to bring 1 or 2 well-behaved dogs - Barmouth is very dog friendly

Tucked away in Barmouth’s old town, a charming traditional fisherman’s cottage, ideally located in a quiet spot close to the harbour, beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants. Approached by passageways and a flight of shallow steps from the High Street, it is situated at the bottom of the old town, The Rock, a pedestrian-only warren of small cobbled lanes, fishermans’ cottages and even the old town jail. This has been a holiday let for many years - we loved staying here so much, we bought it!

The apartment comes with parking passes for 2 vehicles (car park just 2 mins away), that can also be used on long stay car parks across Gwynedd. A cosy and relaxing space with touches of rustic charm. Located in the heart of Snowdonia, surrounded by the mountains. An open plan living space with all the essentials. Cooking area ,with mini fridge & camping stove. Parking Private parking available, the track up to the cabin is steep. There is a parking space available at the bottom of the track (50 meters away from the cabin) or you are welcome to drive up, as there is space to park and turn around at the top of the track.

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

This first floor Victorian apartment has a great view of Barmouth coast, it is comfortable and spacious for up to 4 people with typical high ceilings and decorative cast iron fire places. The lounge is 21ft by 14ft to the fire place. Free WiFi, Smart, Nano TV Alexa and DVD’s are available with a few books and a quiz game. The fully fitted kitchen also comes with an air fryer, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. A tea towel and washing up liquid are provided.

Min-y-don cottage is a fully equipped traditional Welsh stone built cottage with double glazing and gas central heating. It retains it's original oak beams but has a full width staircase for easy access between floors. On the ground floor It has an open lounge-diner with a sofa bed whilst upstairs is a separate double bedroom and bathroom/toilet. The cottage comes with it's own private gated parking space. It's placed within seconds of all town amenities.
