The house is located in a quiet little village and is suitable for gathering bigger groups and celebrating events. However, we ask guests to familiarize themselves with the ordinance on public order and not to disrupt the assigned hours of recreation with excessive noise. (The hours of rest according to the ordinance are from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 07: 00 on weekdays and from 13:30 to 16:30 and 22:00 to 08:00 on weekends)

This place is perfect for those who are eager for nature. The property is located on a farm where indigenous breeds of the Balkans are raised, as well as alpacas and llamas. Guests can drink fresh donkey milk daily and observe the life of mountain horses, Balkan donkeys, buffaloes, cattle of the Podolian breed and bush, Pirot and Karakachan sheep, Balkan goats.... The farm area is a good environment for small groups, families with children and couples. It was built in the style of traditional architecture using natural materials.
