Very good apartment everything likes on the photos.Nice modern furnitures and AC in every room.Very big balcony with a good view and seats to sit down.inside car park space good for the hot weather. location wise very good next to the free beach with swallow water for children, few minutes walk to the restaurants and around 15 minutes to the town centre, supermarkets 5 minutes away. Very good stay I would recommend to everybody.

We LOVED our stay! It was so perfect for our few days there. Walkable to so much and right on the river to watch sunset outside. Lots of nice restaurants within 10 minute walking and Central market so close for local food too! We would highly recommend staying there. The host was fantastic at responding and checking in throughout our stay. Very nice kitchen to cook dinners in and comfy bed and couch as well!

Beautiful, bright, comfortable, ultra-modern apartment with views in almost all directions. Top air conditioning, all blinds electric, super nice kitchen with everything you need. We always had peace, even though there was construction outside. The apartment is super insulated. To the old town sinds on foot about 12 min. There are restaurants nearby and shopping stores too. A super large mall is also accessible in less than 5 minutes. I would love to come back and highly recommend Henrich's apartment.

Convenient location, clean, easy to find - detailed instructions. Authentic furniture gives a little smell, and it does not interfere with the stay in the suite. Help from hosts with any questions: where to eat at 12 o'clock, where there are luggage storage cameras, what to see in the day, and where to go for sure. There were only positive impressions.

Both Thomas and Nicole are very cheerful people, they welcomed us at the private beach area and made us feel like we are at home. I communicated with Thomas about anything we needed and he responded to all of my texts within 5 minutes. The apartment is spacious and modern, it has everything you would need for cooking food, cleaning supplies and personal care products. There was a paper with all the important information which was also vey helpful. Overall it was a great experience and I will for sure keep his contact for future visits!

Staying at this apartment was nothing short of magical. From the moment I walked in, I was completely captivated by its opulence and grandeur. The intricate gold detailing, the rich crimson accents, and the luxurious furnishings made me feel as though I had stepped into a royal palace. Every corner of the apartment radiates elegance and sophistication. The bedroom was a dream—a beautifully carved canopy bed paired with exquisite linens and ornate details that made it hard to leave. The living space, with its floor-to-ceiling windows and a panoramic view, was absolutely mesmerizing. The piano and vintage decor added such charm that I felt transported to another era. Not only was the space itself incredible, but the host was an absolute gem—polite, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Sebastian provided thoughtful touches and clear communication throughout, which made my stay seamless and memorable. I cannot recommend this apartment enough.

I was in Budapest for a conference and stayed here for five days before it began. The space was exactly what I needed. The vibe is cozy, comfortable and clean. The wifi was fast. A washing machine for clean clothes. Everything I needed was there, with groceries and supplies nearby. The river path was lovely to walk. The apt is far enough from the center to be quiet, close enough to go for dinner. There is construction nearby (Spring 25) but inside, I couldn't hear it. Being from New York, the price was a staggeringly good deal. I will definitely be back.

We can only say here that the place is absolutely amazing. Located directly on Lake Balaton, now nice and quiet in April and the house or the equipment is very good. A dream if you can sit in the hot tub or on the sofa in not so warm weather and look out on the Lake Balaton through the large panoramic windows. All in all, this was a fantastic stay for us Hungarian fans here in April.

We had a super nice, pleasant holiday in this beautiful villa. The house is very well equipped, has a nice terrace and a beautiful garden with many trees, which give the necessary cooling during the hot summer days. (the airconditioners in the bedrooms are also a great added value) The quiet beach is around the corner (approx. 200m) and with the wagon you can easily take all your beach equipment with you. On foot or by bike you will be in the center at the bakery, small supermarket or restaurant. Highly recommended to discover the Balaton and this beautiful region.

Fabulous and totally independent apartment. 13 km from Samorin's X-Bionic Sphere. We had a great time, the apartment is beautiful and well cared for. The spaces are very spacious and bright. The super equipped kitchen, with a fabulous coffee machine, with a coffee grinder. Highly recommended.

A beautiful spot where you can swim in the lake! it was very very clean and modern inside and the hospitality was incredible as they helped us with some transportation during our stay!

Karolin’s is a very gracious and generous host. Her apartment is large, bright, spacious and very comfortable. It is very modern and beautifully decorated and furnished. We loved the outdoor terrace with a view of the river and the large hot tub to relax in after a day of biking. Karolin is extremely attentive to her guests. This is a top tier air bnb apartment and we would highly recommend it.

You can go with just one view. Even the location of the house is really great for a trip to Budapest! There were all kinds of amenities in the bathroom, so it was comfortable, and the water pressure was strong, so I was satisfied. The host was very responsive and communicative.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect - right next to the central market hall, beautiful 10min walk to Gellert thermal baths, and close to public transportation. It is up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator so keep in mind for carrying luggage up. It was exceptionally clean and the air conditioning was a huge plus given that there are very few Airbnbs with AC.

Super location... Easy to walk around old town and riverside views. Five star host. Nice stay for two guests. Would stay again when returning.

Superior location, close to the National Assembly Building, you can walk to any attraction.The room is very cozy and well equipped.The host is very friendly and responds to messages in a timely manner.The design of the shower and toilet in the room is particularly convenient, and it is particularly worth praising that the shower head is installed with a filter shower head. My friend thinks that the hair is smooth after taking a shower.
