House holiday rentals in Transylvania County

Well, my husband and I have stayed there on and off for the last six months for local work, so we know the place well. Sadly, our project has come to an end, so our most recent stay will be our last for work. BUT, we love everything about Todd and Barbie and the house, and we will be back for fun hiking weekends. Hiking, waterfalls, everything nearby. It's the best place we've stayed in the area. Private, squeaky clean, big deck, large dining room table for big meals or spreading out the paperwork, GREAT internet connection and TV options. We'll definitely be back on our own - we feel so comfortable there in every way. I could not recommend any higher - would give it a "10" if I could. Todd and Barbie also bent over backwards to help us with a couple of last-minute schedule changes. Such honest and thoughtful hosts. Thanks Todd and Barbie for EVERYTHING over the last few months. We love you guys!

Beautiful home! The Mountain Views are absolutely breathtaking! No pictures do it justice. The neighborhood has lots of hiking trails and a gorgeous waterfall right by the entrance. Saw lots of deer almost everyday. Lots of local waterfalls! The interior of the home is updated but still gives you a cozy cabin like feel. Nice kitchen that is well stocked with everything and more for cooking. Outside deck wraps around and the cute Gazebo is very charming. Brevard is less than 20 mins away for restaurants and shops. This was one of my favorite vacation houses I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at!

Our family felt right at home at Michael's A-frame. My husband commented that it felt as though we had stayed there before, and it really had. It has every amenity and creature comfort you could want or need, including a nicely stocked spice cabinet, plenty of linens, board games and puzzles, and a place to do laundry. Michael was friendly and helpful. Our family had an awesome time, and we hope to be back to enjoy the property in the summer months!

The place was perfect for our family of four. The house had everything we needed and we appreciated the super soft towels and bath rugs! Also, there were towels for the pool/lake, which was really nice. The setting is so peaceful yet there is so much to do within the community. Loved the place and can't wait to go back!

John's unit was a very nice place to stay. Everything we needed was available and easily accessed. Location was perfect for all the amenities /restaurants/hiking/shopping. We would highly recommend this place to stay for your visit to the western Carolina mountains. John was responsive and available when needed. Come to Sapphire Valley for a great vacation.

Our stay in Brevard was absolutely amazing and the accommodations were truly incredible. Dominic and Katy were perfect hosts and very responsive when I had a question. The place was immaculate, beds were very comfortable, pillows were great, and linens and towels were pristine and crisp! The house was equipped with everything you could need. The community is beautiful with great amenities, lakes, and hiking trails which we took advantage of for sure!! We ventured into beautiful downtown Brevard and the Pisgah National Forest exploring the many waterfalls This will be my go to house when I take my next trip to Brevard!! Thank you Dominic and Katy for sharing your beautiful home and being amazing hosts!! Until the next time!!!

This is such an amazing place and yes it is real! Incredible views and wonderful stunning home in the mountains. It really was a memory I'll have forever. Matt was so awesome, he helped us get settled in and the amenities were so awesome🙏. Stay here and prepare to be pampered all the way up in the mountains! ❤️

Super kid-friendly! Had lots of toys and books my kids loved to play with. Pack and play, high chair, trundle bed, and plastic children’s dishes and cutlery. They provided shampoo, dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent. Super convenient location close to waterfalls, state parks, convenience stores, grocery stores, etc. Host was super kind and helpful! Highly recommend!

Unbelievably clean …. And cozy. Really loved the attention to design and decor. Even the books felt carefully arranged and curated. Comfortable furniture. Walkable to downtown (a long walk, though). Truly one of the most inviting Air BnB spaces I’ve stayed in.

This is the nicest of 3 different Airbnbs that I have stayed at in and near Brevard. The house is very close to downtown. Quiet, comfortable and an enjoyable place to stay. We definitely want to stay there again when we can get back to Brevard. Love it.

Located in the heart of the Pisgah National Forest, this place was perfect for our Memorial Day week getaway. The host's guidebook had some fantastic local recommendations. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows, making s'mores and relaxing in the hot tub. Loved that you could hear the river stream while sitting on the porch drinking your morning coffee. The pet-friendly policy was a blessing. The property was completely fenced, which was a bonus. We felt safe letting the dogs explore the property. Would definitely recommend!

we loved this little house! it was perfectly located between Brevard & Hendersonville. the neighborhood felt safe for us. (2 elderly sisters) The beds were very comfortable. and the house was stocked with everything we needed. and given the opportunity, we'd stay here again. Jerica was a wonderful host and very quick to respond to any questions I had. Highly recommend. this sweet little house!

Matthew’s property was just right for us. The yard is huge and was awesome for our dog and 2-year-old. Toddlers need to be supervised, of course, due to the fire pit and some big steps, but he loved exploring and the yard was clean. It was peaceful to sit back there and enjoy the privacy. The hot tub was so clean and it was nice to relax and look at some stars. The neighborhood is very quiet and we loved that there are multiple business within easy walking distance (don’t need to go downtown) including coffee, breakfast, and ice cream! It’s only 3-4 minutes by car to get to downtown. House is well kept up but not fancy, which I prefer honestly- I felt comfortable there and wasn’t worried that my kiddo would mess anything up. We used the king bed and slept well. Curtains plus blinds helped keep the rooms darker, but we needed one additional layer to be dark enough for our toddler. Some toy blocks and games were a nice surprise. Thanks Matthew for a comfy stay in Brevard!

Beautiful home that myself and family loved staying at. We can up for a weekend of golf and could not have chosen a better place. Highly recommend!

CONVENIENT FOR OUR VISIT WITH NEARBY IN LAWS. VERY NATURAL, PRIVATE AND SERENE. COMFORTABLE, CLEAN ,WELL FURNISHED. WE'D DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN IF IN THE AREA. ONE CAVEAT, MOST RESTAURANTS ARE CLOSED ON MONDAYS AND BRING YOUR OWN PROVISIONS.

This spot is something special, and the accommodations are second to none. Would recommend this spot to anybody looking for something special. You wont even want to turn on the tv with windows like these.

We enjoyed the amazing mountain view from the house. Everything was as advertised. Best of all, Pisgah National Forest is a just a short drive away. Tyler communicated with us throughout our stay and made sure all was well. Worth the trip!

We loved staying here. The house is very clean, attractive, well appointed, and within easy walking or driving distance of everything you want in Brevard. We arrived after dark and lights were on to welcome us. I really appreciate the extra touches, like lights added to the closets and charging ports on the nightstands.

Jennifer's house was delightful. The pictures were very accurate. It had everything that we needed. The location was perfect to downtown, Dupont National Forest and the Pisgah National Forest. We loved the decor it was very charming.

This place was amazing! The location was peaceful, private and serene. It was an easy drive in, close to a nice sized town for supplies, and within a hour drive of TONS of outdoor activities, like hiking, tubing, rafting. The cabin was very well equipped with anything we could have needed for our stay, with lots of extra blankets, towels, dog supplies, and kitchen supplies. We had 7 adults and a small dog for 5 days, and we never felt crowded. We would definitely recommend this location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We spent most of our time on the beautiful big back porch. It’s very peaceful. Conveniently located on the bike trail which is nice for a walk/run. Centrally located, easy to get anywhere you wanted. The beds very extremely comfortable and having a full stocked kitchen was helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough! Can’t wait to come back next year!
