Keeping original elements of the house, like the fireplace and not only, our studio is also equipped with everything needed to make your stay easy and pleasant.

This bright, minimalist apartment is located in the city center, on the famous Horea Street, on the 2nd floor of a 20th-century building, a 5-minute walk from the Railway Station. UBB Faculty of Letters, Pediatric Hospitals 2 and 3, St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, Synagogue, and Reformed Church are just a few of the great sights to be found near the property. Simple small Studio room, quiet environment, green belt and free parking. The room is equipped with a double bed and a pull-out sofa, so it can be enough for 4 people. However, due to the room, I recommend it for 2 adults and 2 children, 4 adults can fit in the room a little cramped.
