We are next to the Colorado river in a well kept neighborhood with a hike and bike trail by the river and the beautiful 7 mile Walnut Creek Trail that's paved. The Greenbelt walking trail starts down the block on Squirrel Hollow and can be taken all the way to the Wildflower Center. Convenient 15 minute drive to downtown, shopping at Circle C or Sunset Valley. Space comes with one bike for you to use to ride around the neighborhood :)
