Holiday rentals with beach access in Treasure Beach

If you are ever in Jamaica and need to escape to the country for a peaceful, relaxing and/or romantic getaway - this is the place to be - I could not ask for a more responsive host, polite, friendly; most importantly, a clean home and surroundings ever - I will definitely be back!!! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Treasure Beach and this lovely spot hosted by Tia-Maria. She is a very gracious host answering my many questions as I was attending the Calabash Festival for the first time. The location is in walking distance of the festival, about 16 minutes. Very doable during the day. Safe enough to walk home during the evening, but I got lost as the roads are a bit dark and her daughter ended picking me up. (Thank you!). I was a little wary about safety but felt perfectly fine and at ease. The town is very friendly and community oriented- everybody knows everybody. There is a beach within walking distance. I did not get a chance to view it as my trip was short and centered around the Calabash Literary Festival. Thank you Tia-Maria for being such a lovely host. Enjoyed my stay!

The place was all that I could have asked for as a way to retreat from a busy schedule. it was calming, cool, and very close to the beach that I could go and dip anytime of the day that I desire. Lennie was responsive and easily answer my questions and provide recommendations as needed. he was personable and accommodating. Lennie treated me like family and I really appreciate that.

Staying at Tansia and Kevin's place has been a pleasure. They were perfect hosts, very warm and friendly. The apartment has an incredible view and fresh breeze, throughout the day and night, makes it nice and cool. Driving down to Treasure Beach, or up to Lovers' Leap, couldn't be easier. Thanks so much again for a great stay, hope to visit again the next time :)

This stay was beyond amazing. My girlfriend and I absolutely fell in love with the place. We’ve even considered possibly getting married on the property. It’s an absolute gem. We will definitely be coming for another stay.

Tanesha is an amazing host! Everything is as described and she’s very responsive, professional and friendly; a top tier host who goes above and beyond to ensure that your check-in, stay and check-out experience is smooth and memorable. This pristine location is within a 3 minute walking distance of the beach (there are several others close also): therefore making it perfect for an early morning (or otherwise) swim, to watch the sunset or the sunrise. WiFi is fast and amenities are modern, clean and comfortable. There’s outdoor seating, an outdoor shower (if you’re sandy after returning from the beach) and a very popular restaurant is also within the same vicinity that provides a variety of meals and seafood dishes so staying at Brytan Villa is great decision, don’t contemplate!

We were attending a wedding and this location was perfect because it wqs t minutes from the venue. It was a seamless chexk in process. Communication was great. It was clean and nice. quiet perfect. Definitely will stay there again.

Felt right at home and I would definitely rebook again. Mr. Denton of course was an amazing host and Delroy was accommodating and accessible at all times when I needed any kind of assistance.

We were a group of 8, and we stayed for 4 nights and we had the most incredible time at “ tek yuh time” The staff at the house was amazing, they prepared the most delicious meals and make and helped us arrange our plans. The scenery is incredible and not a bad room in the house. Extremely comfortable, well thought out and organized for you to have a relaxing great time. Sunset on the roofs and sunrise down at the beach and perfect star gazing by the pool. Monique, was extremely attentive and gave us all the information we needed upon leading up to our arrival. We were so lucky to be introduced Mario who drove us around who an excellent guide to all things Treasure Beach and beyond. This was the first trip to Jamaica for most of the group and they are already planning another one. Tek yuh time was a special find and we will definitely be back the next time we are in Treasure beach….

Duncan have a beautiful villa, Dream Away was spectacular, it was peaceful and calm I enjoyed my stay, Terry was helpful and nice could call him for anything we needed at anytime. Mr Duncan was kind he is a wonderful man, i got married at Dream Away beach villa and it was the best decision I have made the place was clean and beautiful that I had to take my wedding photo's there, i enjoyed my stay at Dream Away and I highly recommended, i give them 5 star🌟 . I just want to thank you for allowing us to be a part of your beautiful and wonderful villa. Thank again Mr Duncan.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! My family and I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing—perfect for a relaxing family getaway. One of the standout aspects of our stay was Gerald, the host. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating from start to finish. Whether it was answering questions before we arrived or making sure we had everything we needed during our stay, Gerald went above and beyond. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his guests having a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

Everything awesome beautiful and magnificent but it’s nothing without the service, help and food Coleen provided us with! A must go to and a great place to unwind. Thank you and see you again for sure!

My family and I just love this beautiful property! Very spacious, secure, comfortable, and clean. The pool is so refreshing and therapeutic on a hot day in Jamaica. We hosted our annual family reunion at the property , it was amazing and able to accommodate all of our needs . The sea is directly across the street and the beach is a very short walk down the road. Whenever I visit Jamaica this is and will always be my go to. The property owner Susan responds immediately and is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area and things to. 5 stars!!!

Amazing stay with Lucy! We can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home that is exactly as seen in the photos. The proximity to the beach, the private pool and the views make this the perfect place to relax. The en-suite baths for each of the 3 bedrooms gave each of our group the space we needed. The best part however is the staff Lucy has put together to take care of you during your stay. Every meal (breakfast and dinner) was delicious and served at our convenience depending on our plans. Transportation for everything from the airport to a day trip to YS Falls/Appleton Estates, even a last minute scooter ride to the ATM was arranged quickly and easily. The house and pool were kept spotless. And best of all, the pups!! Sugar and Spice, kept us entertained and company throughout the visit. If a quiet relaxing vacation away from the tourist areas is what you’re looking for, this is it!! Thank you Lucy and the whole Turtles Nest family!

This is by far the best Airbnb I have been to. The apartment and its amentities were perfect, the location was very good and the whole vibe was perfect. The hosts were excellent, available, friendly and helpful. I will be returning.

The most beautiful place on the South Cost. truly didn't know there were hidden gems like these in White House. The house was modern, clean and just a dream. we'll definitely be back!

Already planning to go back with my friends.... this place is such a hidden gem. I truly had no clue these luxury properties were available on the south coast.... the amenities were top class and the home was pristine. So gorgeous and so cozy ...and the top it off, the view of the beach from the living and master bedroom was just awesome. We felt super safe and right at home - the hosts were amazing, responsive and helpful. we will definitely be returning ....
