We are very happy with our stay at Alain's place. The accommodation is ideally located in this beautiful area that we discovered. There's nothing missing in this place and it's very clean. If we come back to the area, we will definitely stay here.

The apartment is very tastefully furnished. Everything is in a very good and well-maintained condition. When you enter the apartment, the breathtaking view from the balcony to the sea is immediately impressive. The center of Perros-Guirec, with restaurants and shopping, is not very far from the property. The city beach can be reached via stairs. Céline is a very pleasant host who always responded quickly to inquiries and also asked herself if everything worked or if everything was in order. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation (but a star off for the weather). I can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience.

This apartment is extremely tasteful and high-quality. Great location right by the harbor with restaurants, bars and bakers - whatever you need. Since the bedroom is at the back, it is quiet. And Anne Marie is a very, very pleasant hostess.

The accommodation offered is superb both for its sea view, its proximity to the city center, the beaches and the port as well as the interior quality of the furniture and accessories provided, and this calm. Our host is very friendly and welcoming, the little extra we expect a bottle of cider and a box of cake. I highly recommend this accommodation for a successful stay on the pink granite coast.

Cozy, comfortable and very well-equipped accommodation for a family like ours (2 adults and 2 children). Lucie is an attentive and available host. We had a very nice stay in this accommodation and were able to enjoy the beautiful city of Trebeurden with its beautiful beaches and landscapes.

We had a great night in this studio in Perros-Guirec, very cute, well-equipped, clean and well-located. The bedding is comfortable. Ségolène was very responsive and gave us clear and precise instructions. Entering and exiting the accommodation is very easy. Restaurants are within walking distance and beautiful walks can be taken from the apartment.

An absolutely perfect rental, no complaints. The view was magnificent, the apartment extremely well furnished with everything possible. Very good bedding and a terrace that allowed us to eat outside. Impeccable cleanliness in a very quiet residence. I highly recommend this beautiful accommodation! :D

Apartment is completely new and very clean. The really steep staircase to the bed is challenging. Unfortunately, the drain in the shower did not work very well. The location of the apartment is TOP, only a few minutes' walk to the beach with the pink granite rocks, unique. The charming little harbor with nice restaurants is also within walking distance and the great lighthouse is a short walk away. I would vacation in this apartment again at any time.

Sylvain's place is amazing. You feel good right away. Large living room, bathed in light, very nice. The bathroom is great. The terrace and garden complete everything, and offer a very nice exterior. The view of the harbor and its direct walking access through the garden are a real plus. We are a 10-minute walk from the city center of Morlaix. Thanks again to Sylvain for your kind attention.
