Splendid new house with sea view

New house that can accommodate 4 people with a magnificent sea view. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor and a spacious living room upstairs overlooking a beautiful sea view on one side and on the other side access to an enclosed garden with terrace. The house is close to the GR34 and the classified site of Dourven. Locquemeau, a small fishing village, is located close to the Pink Granite Coast.

Charming little cottage furnished with taste, all comforts and perfect for two. We had a pleasant stay under the May 1st sun and enjoyed the well-exposed terrace. Emmanuel is a friendly and attentive host. We recommend it!

Very nice and comfortable, charming and cheerful, not too far from the beach, a little more from the port, but ideal for visiting the area. The two bedrooms are on the mezzanine but well separated. Would definitely stay again!

Tidy and functional accommodation located in a residential area. Fantastic views of the harbor from the terrace, which is also within walking distance. Location great for many different excursions. GR 34 is also in walking distance. We had trouble getting into the house when we arrived first. Vincent was right there and helped us. We were also able to spontaneously stay a few days longer. Vincent took care of it. If you like to cook, then the kitchen is somewhat sparsely equipped ( knives, cooking pots, etc.). Still, we got along and enjoyed our stay! 2 more tips: in the next village there is Café Theodor with a large garden. Crepes and galettes are offered there. Very casual atmosphere. Concerts take place there for about 2 / week. Great for people who love music and like to have a little alternative. There is a great surf beach in Locquirec. Our boys loved the high waves ( 30 min drive).

Hervé and Sophie's house has a beautiful location and is very well maintained. The tasteful decor impressed us the moment we entered the house. We enjoyed our aperitif with bay views from the living room or terrace. We would come back.
