We had a great time with friends. Beautiful house, clean and well-equipped, consistent with the photos. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. As for the indoor pool, it's a plus, plus, plus, especially since we had our favorite lifeguard for the aqua gym classes! A huge thank you to Karine for her warm welcome, kindness and availability. The apartment is located directly on the golf course in a locked area, which can only be entered via a code through a large gate. Parking is available right by the house. The apartment can be reached at ground level. It is modern and practical. The surroundings are beautiful and we liked it very much.

Upon arrival, we were very well received by our hosts Emmanuel and Laure. The place is lovely and the place spotless. After days full of sightseeing, it's the perfect place to relax in a green setting. Very well placed, the location is also ideal for discovering the coasts of this magnificent region . Really happy with our stay!

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a bit of conversation with ease. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful moor. The coast is amazing! Finally, the swimming pool, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a slightly sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). We had a pleasant stay In Erquy. The location and services are of quality. Only shadows on the board, the basement of the house is also rented without the listing specifying it, and we have not had hot water the last 2 days without the problem being solved.

The place of Soizic is beautiful. We enjoyed the communication with Soizic: discreet and present. The natural environment was very refreshing, allowing for beautiful walks and beautiful discoveries. We left with a lot of ideas and desires. Gratitude!

Our family of four had a fantastic time. The home is very big and everything has been thought of with the design and kitting out of the place. The outside barbeque area was a real boost and we used it for several meals. The garden is huge, our kids enjoyed playing football on the lawn. Around 15 mins to the beach. We found it took around 50 mins to get to St Malo, but it was worth the trip. Laurent and Jocelyne communicated well before and during our stay when we had queries. We will be back.

We had a pleasant stay. Gite located 5 minutes walk from a beautiful beach, close to Erquy and Pleneuf Val André, Lamballe... We were able to visit a mussel farm (mussel farming) that we really liked (contact the iodized basket for more information). Jean-Claude is a very considerate and responsive host.

Accommodation close to shops within walking distance. Well located in relation to the various tourist places.

The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. We had a great stay at the house. Clean, tidy, tastefully decorated, spacious. Fanny was very responsive to questions, respectful, friendly and, despite a small technical concern for the hot tub, worked to fix that. Thank you to the owner who made a gesture of goodwill to compensate for the technical problem causing the impossibility of using the hot tub. Wonderful house and beautiful beach. We were there with 6 adults and 1 toddler. Everything was on site for our daughter. (baby bathtub, high chair, toys). The beach is very clean and the on-site bar has very good offers. We will definitely come back 👍

We stayed for a few days at Catherine's place. The listing description complies with the property. The veranda is a real plus for this atypical house.
