House removed from the street at the back of the property, 300 m walk from the GR which provides beautiful walks, and white sand beaches. Local shops: bakery, butcher, supermarket, water sports at the bottom of the house (kitesurfing, windsurfing, wingfoil...) 2 mountain bikes available. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300 m from the cottage. Beaches on foot, fishing within 50m, harbor cafe, restaurant, and the sale of fish live by fishermen. Access to the mezzanine does not accommodate children under 10 years old.
