Located in the countryside but 5 min from Landerneau train station, 1/2 from Brest and Morlaix, 20 min from the airport. Possibility to park your vehicle in the garden, ask me beforehand for a 2nd vehicle, please. Between land and sea, close to the village, pretty house completely renovated in 2019, fully equipped, comfortable and bright. In a green and quiet setting, not overlooked. Features a kitchen, living room with large comfortable sofa, bedroom with king size bed, bathroom (walk-in shower), Wi-Fi and TV (fiber optic). A south-facing terrace allows you to enjoy sunny days. A second covered terrace with enclosed space allows you to bring your pet. The beds will be made upon arrival.

Gîte: Ty - Saïk

The cottage is located in the countryside on a high point overlooking the valley and the Monts d'Arrée mountain. 30 min from Brest / Morlaix. Totally independent of the owners' home, not overlooked, with enclosed and wooded park of 1200 m2 just for you. Important: the gîte has a maximum capacity of 4 beds. (2 adults and 2 children.) Either: one bed for two adults 140 x 190 and two 0.90 x 190 cm beds for children. * The gîte is not allowed for 3 or 4 Adults.

Unique countryside cottage

Gîte de Kerdiez. This gîte was made entirely by us, it took us 6 years to create a place that suits us completely. We are very happy to introduce you to this little piece of heaven. The cottage is surrounded by our "Landes de Bretagne" sheep, peacocks, horses and three goats. The hamlet is composed of seven Breton houses from the 1900s.

This pretty house is located in the heart of Plounéour-Trez, quiet and 800 m from the beach. It can accommodate 3 people. Two large bedrooms are available, a nice enclosed garden and Wi-Fi.
