My husband and I loved our stay here. The evenings in the jacuzzi, admiring this beautiful view are our core memories. We definitely recommend this place.

This is an excellent place to stay. It is easy to get to other locations and places of interest. Shops are a short drive away. The pool is a lovely size, I would recommend heating. The house has everything you'll need for your stay. The jewel is the beach which is a short walk away, it's really quiet, lovely views and nice walks, the sea is great for swimming. Only heads up is that we had difficulty following the directions we were given from the airport to the villa but should have just put the villa address into google maps or similar sat nav which would have been easier. We would definatley stay here again and really enjoyed the games rooms and all the facilities available. Thank you to Joseph who responded quickly to any issues we had, which were only one relating to a broken key. Overall everything was great.

Stayed in this beautiful house with 4 friends. The view and pool were amazing and so was the host. The house itself was a bit hard to locate with the adress listed so be sure to follow directions to the coördinates that are provided.

We had a wonderfully relaxing time at Villa Anna and we definitely recommend it! It felt just like visiting our grandparents’ house in the village, combined with a touch of modernism. The beautiful garden and quiet neighborhood made our stay even more enjoyable. One thing to note: while the listing offers a two-bedroom house, only one bedroom is available for use. If you’re not a couple, it's best to inform the owner in advance. Overall, a lovely experience!

This villa was in the perfect location for walking to the beach, shops, restaurants and lots of options around. We have 4 children age 6 and under and the villa felt safe for them and had everything that we needed. I didn’t feel that the villa was as clean in general as it could have been, however this was a small issue in an otherwise wonderful holiday. I would happily stay here again.

We totally loved the place! It was exactly like the photos, beautiful decorated, fully equipped, nice view from balcony, we enjoyed privacy in pool & jacuzzi, Mila was a great host and the location was perfect - quiet but close to all amenities and 5 minutes drive to town. Definitely recommendedand will come back!

Absolutely gorgeous villa. The views are breathtaking. You'll definitely need a car to get about but if you want this amazing view with your morning coffee it's worth it. Tala square has great restaurants and there's a little supermarket and deli there too. Property was spotless with everything we could need inc English TV channels. Beds were a little firm for us (Personal choice) but using spare duvets under the sheets sorted that. All in all a fabulous two weeks, could not fault it. A little slice of Cypriot Heaven.

Apartament był bardzo dobrze wyposażony we wszytko czego potrzebujesz do przygotowania posiłków. Wszytko działało sprawnie. W odległości 10-15 minut spaceru są sklepy, restauracja, piękna promenada i port. Jest to bardzo fajna miejscówka do eksplorowania okolic Pafos. Bardzo dobrze połączone również komunikacyjnie. Ale jeżeli chcesz wybrać się do wąwozu Awakaz, obejrzeć plażę Lara Beach czy Łaźnie Adonisa to zdecydowanie polecam samochód. Bez tego ani rusz. Polecam piękną plażę piaszczystą Sandy Beach w odległości około 7 km od miejsca zamieszkania. Poza tym najbliższa plaża podana w opisie to wg mnie nie jest plaża tylko wybetonowane miejsce z zejściem do morza . Poza tym wszytko jak najbardziej godne polecenia, kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry, miły i gościnny . Polecam .

We have just returned from a lovely 10 night stay at Villa King X. The villa had a mid stay clean with clean linen and towels. The villa information book is very useful. We had a very enjoyable stay and will return. Car is essential as Villa is , in my opinion, too far away to walk down to Latchi. The hosts are exceptional .

lovely home in a idyllic location. Comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space indoors but the star of the show is the outside area. We spent a lot of our holiday relaxing in the pool or on the deck surrounded by the beautiful views and sounds. Would definitely recommend if you want to get away from it all.

The house was a lot bigger than expected, and had a great location! Everything that we needed was there, and the hosts were very friendly! We would definitely come back again, the access to the sea, and walking into the centre was perfect!

Wer privat wohnen möchte und in einem individuellen, landestypischen Haus in ruhiger Lage und mit fantastischem Ausblick auf die Stadt Paphos und das Meer verweilen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Viele antike Möbel, viele Essplätze rund ums und im Haus. Die riesige private Terrasse mit eigenem Pool und wunderschöner Gartenanlage mit vielen Blumen, die von Mathias liebevoll gepflegt wird, ist ein Traum.

War supper Lage, Preisleistungsverhältniss supper gut ! Beschreibung wie man zu der Wohnung kommt könnte genauer sein. Google Maps findet das leider nicht.

Kasia's place was perfectly situated for walking to everything we wanted to see in Paphos, from the beach, harbour and castle to the Kings Mall and local restaurants. Kasia was very responsive to messages both before and during our stay. She was very helpful with local recommendations. The house was immaculately clean and very well appointed with everything we needed including towels, cleaning products and kids beach toys. The garden was a real sun trap and the pool only being a few metres from the house was a real bonus. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Wir genossen unsere Tage in der Lodge in Armou sehr - immer wenn wir aus Paphos zurück kamen, hatten wir das Gefühl, in eine stille Oase einzutauchen! Die kleine Lodge ist sehr persönlich eingerichtet mit alten Möbeln, die eine Geschichte erzählen. Dies ist keine anonyme Unterkunft mit Einheitsstil-Chique, sondern ein privates Häuschen, in dem man Fotos von der Familie findet und einen britischen Stil, der die Geschichte der Besitzer direkt sprechen lässt. Besonders haben wir den Pool genossen, der umgeben von Blumen und Pflanzen einen wunderschönen Aufenthaltsort bietet. Wir wurden mit einem gefüllten Kühlschrank empfangen und von James herzlich begrüßt und in alles eingeführt, zudem waren wir auf einen Drink in ihr Haus eingeladen und haben dort gemeinsam bei einem sehr interessanten Gespräch schöne Stunden verbracht. James und Maggie sind sehr freundliche und liebenswerte Gastgeber, die uns ansonsten das Gefühl absoluter Privatsphäre vermittelten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

What a great place to stay for few nights! Big terrace made it worth 100%, beautiful sunset makes this place special. Swimming was very nice, however the water was quite cold. What I would suggest is to book restaurant beforehand, otherwise you might have trouble to find good one.

We loved our stay, apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities needed. Pool was fantastic with dedicated sun beds and peaceful atmosphere. Location was great with lots to do, 5 minute walk to the beach and reasonably priced attractions. Natalia was very responsive and helpful with our queries, although we didnt have many as the place was so good. Would recommend to anybody thinking of staying in Paphos and I would 100% stay here again.

Kallia is an amazing host! She shared plenty of information beforehand so we had very few questions once we arrived. Her home is incredible and we particularly loved the views and how private and quiet the area was. My wife and I are already looking at another trip here!

Séjour parfait. Le logement est vraiment très bien avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. L’environnement est paisible avec une belle piscine . L’emplacement est idéal avec notamment un supermarché/producteur à quelques mètres, nous avons pu tout faire à pied Notre hôte a été très réactif lors de notre arrivée nocturne où malheureusement les clés n’avaient pas été remises dans la boîte à clef Il a trouvé une solution pour nous et est resté en contact avec nous jusqu’à ce que nous puissions rentrer dans l’appartement à 1.30 du matin. Un grand merci à lui! Nous recommandons fortement

Estea's place was a good base for us to enjoy our stay in the Paphos area. The Apartment is basic but functional with everything you could need for your stay. Location wise its a short walk to the Kato Paphos area where there are bars and restaurants and the harbour a little further. The old town is a longer walk but is worth a visit too. Parking is free and very useful if you have a car. The area itself seems a little rundown but did not feel unsafe, there are lots of new developments going on around it with new buildings being built. We enjoyed our stay here and it was great value for money.
