Mawgan Porth Home with a view of the beach (small)

Beach house situated behind the dunes of Mawgan Porth. One bedroom with a king-size bed and a large day bed in the entrance room. Would suit small family, couple or a small group of friends for a surf/walking trip. Stunning views from the upstairs open-plan living and kitchen area with balcony for alfresco dining. Ground level has a lovely decking area with an outdoor shower (cold water), a fridge for chilled outdoor drinks and a hammock for guest use. Perfect for surfing and beach activities.

Cosy cottage by the sea with private garden

Lane Cottage is a small rustic south facing cottage with french doors opening onto a lawn giving wide views of the Lanherne valley and the sea. A small bathroom with bath/shower and w/c, and a double bedroom open off the living room. From the bedroom a short, steep, narrow, cupboard staircase leads up to a low, sloping ceilinged attic room with two single beds and a sea view, suitable for children. There are no gates and several openings in the garden which is boarded by a day stone wall.

It’s a stones throw from Porth beach and the entrance to the legendary Porth Island, where locals and tourist alike gather with their cameras to capture that perfect sunset. Or borrow our Kayak’s for an evening paddle round the island. The Snug itself is set into the rising hillside giving it the cosy and private feel its name suggests. Garden chalet, self-contained, one person.

Bijou bolt hole with a sunny south aspect, in family garden, which is ideal for the lone traveller, as it only suitable for one person. Work space ready, if guest is travelling for work reasons. WiFi accessible. No TV. Separate, side gate access. Parking on driveway or on road immediately outside side gate. Close to Porth Beach and Chester Road shopping precinct. There is no carbon monoxide alarm, as no gas connection. There are however, the necessary fire alarms and extinguishers.

Little Barn by the Beach, Porth, Newquay, Sleeps 4

Little Barn is a beautiful one bedroom barn, down a leafy lane and at the bottom of our garden. We are a short stroll to Porth Beach and within walking distance of several other beaches. A wonderful warm, cosy & comfortable space. The ideal place for a break at any time of the year. Wake up to bird song, take an early morning stroll down the beach, a leisurely walk along the coastal path or simply unwind with a cup of coffee in our beautiful garden or at one of the local cafes.

Rural Retreat outside Mawgan Porth

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It is in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking, king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.
