The annexe is attached to our family home but with it's own separate entrance and small private decking area. The space has been recently renovated and is a light and bright space, perfect for exploring gorgeous Cornwall.

We will share a garden path and you may well see us out and about but we will leave you relaxed and peaceful to enjoy your own space

The Nook Cosy flat to sea, town and amenities

The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.

Lovely 4 berth static caravan on the closest holiday park to Newquay Town and Beaches. Located on Trenance Holiday Park which has been in our family for 4 generations. This traditional caravan site is only a 15 min walk to the town centre and beaches. Adjacent to the site is a beautiful boating lake, gardens and newly opened play park along with miniature railway also next to Newquay Zoo, Leisure Centre and Trampoline Park. A superb cheap and cheerful base for exploring Newquay.

Bijou bolt hole with a sunny south aspect, in family garden, which is ideal for the lone traveller, as it only suitable for one person. Work space ready, if guest is travelling for work reasons. WiFi accessible. No TV. Separate, side gate access. Parking on driveway or on road immediately outside side gate. Close to Porth Beach and Chester Road shopping precinct. There is no carbon monoxide alarm, as no gas connection. There are however, the necessary fire alarms and extinguishers.

Had a lovely stay at Coll’s apartment, it was very cosy and well located in Newquay. Coll was very responsive and answered all of our questions & queries quickly :) The only downside was that the traffic was a little loud and sometimes woke us up. But overall we had a very nice stay!

Amanda's guest room is spacious, absolutely clean, equipped with comfy bed and sufficient space for all your stuff. The huge bathroom with shower and tub is a dream! She kindly refilled water, juice and snacks every day and is just a great and friendly host. The house is located in a quiet street with nice little shops in the neighbourhood. A wonderful breakfast and brunch restaurant serves great fresh and healthy food just a footstep away. We highly recommend her place to all travellers.

Karin was one of the best hosts he have had. She was flexible, lovely and provided exactly what we were looking for and more! 🍾🥂 This was the comfiest bed we’ve ever stayed in. It had everything we needed and Karin’s communication before hand was perfect. We would absolutely stay again!
