Mark is an extremely responsive host. The cottage was quaint and had exactly what we needed for our stay. It was clean, and he was proactive about communication with us as well as responsive when we had questions. The area has lots of great restaurants but is still safe and quiet. We will absolutely be back as I visit the area often. Five star review!

We stayed here for a special weekend and it was a wonderful stay. The accuracy of the listing was amazing. The place was comfy and had everything we needed. One small improvement could be the attention to detail when cleaning the bathroom - both myself and my husband noticed a few hairs around the shower. Other than that, overall wonderful experience.

In one word, "WOW". The Mill is a unique peaceful oasis . It feels so secluded ,yet its conveniently located. The mill itself is outstanding and the landscaping is lovely. Its clear that logan and lou have put a great deal of care to create this amazing space. The view from the stone deck overlooking the Perkiomen creek was breathtaking . I enjoyed relaxing and listening to the sounds of the creek ,every evening. The bed was so comfortable. I appreciate that your home is dog friendly. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. Edwin is a great host! House was clean and nice and quiet.

Mike’s place was beautiful. Modern, elegant, clean and impeccably designed. Beds were comfortable, shower was great. A perfect stay for a relaxing getaway. Parking was an added bonus. Cute neighborhood, walkable to a ton of things to do including Eastern State Penitentiary. Highly recommended, would happily stay there every time!

I took my mother to the Philly/Jersey area as a Mother's Day gift and was lucky enough to find Dennis's BnB. From beginning to end Dennis made it an easy and enjoyable experience. His communication was always quick, professional, and polite. The home was cozy, clean, and in a very nice neighborhood. As I am a big Philly sports fan I usually find myself in the area every couple years and plan to continue to seek out Dennis's BnB as long as it is still available!

This was not just a stay, it was an experience! Imagine being transported to a Victorian and early 20th century mansion equipped with 21st century amenities and yet the modern amenities are subtle, allowing you to soak in the classical experience. Every corner of the home is tastefully decorated with antiques that transport you to the gilded age. The home is very cozy and comfortable, squeaky clean and well stocked with all needs. The turn tables and classical records lend charm to this gem, not to the mention the boatload of board games. The privacy was remarkable with lovely woods around and plenty of parking too. The host was very responsive and we had a fantastic stay. We will definitely come back here. This home is one of those do-not-miss-it hidden jewel!

Loved my stay! It was cool enough to start a fire on my last morning and that was a highlight for sure. A lovely spot, the dogs were a delight and the place was very sweet, restful well appointed and cozy. Host is very accommodating and kind. Do note there is no a kitchen (but there is a fridge, coffee maker, spring water, etc) so plan accordingly, as I overlooked that detail. Duh! Highly recommend!!

The guesthouse was such a gem! It has a warm, cabin-like feel that instantly made me feel relaxed and at ease. Everything was spotless, and the space was thoughtfully set up—including a kitchen area that made cooking super convenient. The host was friendly and communicated clearly, which made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again. It’s the perfect little escape—peaceful, clean, and cozy.

This place feels like home, the apartment was in pristine condition. There was an issue with the A/C and the staff fixed it immediately. Highly recommended for short or long stays. The WiFi was excellent and office facilities for work calls etc were world class. Very happy with the stay!

Urbys apartment was exactly like the pictures shown. Walkable distance to Path station and good restaurants, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment was clean, well kept with ample supplies of bed and bath linens. We couldnt have asked for more!

This was our 41 Anniversary and what a great place to celebrate. The place was so relaxing and just sitting on the rockers outside, we didn't want to move. Linnea and Kevin are great hosts and we spent some time talking with them. We did venture to New Hope and just took rides to see the area, which is beautiful. On our arrival there were muffins and coffee, which my husband could not stop talking about, it was so good. In fact he bought 2 boxes to take home. I'm not a water drinker but the well water was so good I didn't need anything else to drink. It's a lovely place with great hosts and we had a wonderful time.

Cally's oasis checked every mini-vacation box! It was a delight to find ourselves enjoying what is clearly a lifetime collection of lovingly curated antiques. I felt like we got to know Cally's mother as we appreciated and used her beautiful, functional things. The yard felt secluded and had comfortable spots to sit and enjoy every aspect of nature, including watching a hailstorm roll in from the porch. The kitchen was fully and generously appointed, including spices and cooking oils! But very, very best of all was the wood-fired hot tub (and in a close second, the charming Turkish robes my partner and I impulsively had to purchase for ourselves WHILE SITTING IN THE HOT TUB)! It was fun and satisfying to keep the fire going and gauge the temperature, and enjoy a truly hot, hot tub that didn't make any noise or flash any lights- just gently filled the air with delicious woodsmoke! All in all, one of the finest Airbnb experiences we've ever had! Thanks Cally!

We visited in the beginning of June. Myself, husband, 4 yr old, 6 yr old, our newborn and dog. There was plenty of space and we could have easily shared with another small family. Our first 2 days were cool and rainy. We were thankful for the hot tub (already warmed), fire pit, grill, and deer feed to be able to stay home enjoyably. We visited the butterfly sanctuary too which we enjoyed, but was a little pricey for the small size. My daughter especially loved the pink axolotl. On our nicer days we spent the most time on the lake beach only a few minutes drive away which could easily have been walked to with older kids. The community pool was not open yet during the weekday, the locals said expect it to be after Father’s Day We also hiked a few trails at Hickory Run State Park including Hawk Falls that has waterfall at the end. The hike was enjoyable for our whole family and not difficult. The visitor center has a neat interactive educational area my kids enjoyed too. 10/10

We had a great stay at Michelle and Dan’s property! The cottage is absolutely stunning and the surroundings are breathtaking. From the cottage there is a beautiful view on a well-kept backyard that we would wake up to. We often went to the backyard and the pond that’s on the property to enjoy the nature and relax. All the rooms are very spacious, spotless, and serene. We spent most of our time in and around the cottage but there is plenty of things to do in the area and both Michelle and Dan were very helpful in providing some ideas. They were also super responsive and very friendly. Thank you for having us and I’m sure we’ll be back again!

It was a great pleasure to have stayed at Adeola’s . The location was perfect and minutes away from local shops. The home was cozy and clean, and Adeola was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended!

Our experience was one of the best we've had with Airbnb! Colleen and Bill were so welcoming and accommodating. the home was gorgeous and exactly as we had anticipated. the bed was incredibly comfortable, the surroundings were quiet and dark - great for sleeping! The heater and AC worked efficiently, plenty of hot water, and the matter bath was incredible! Colleen thought of every need a guest would ask for. We will be back! Thank you, Colleen!!

We were in town for a regatta at Mercer Lake, only about 15 minutes away. House was a Great location, close to everything (food gas groceries etc). House was very clean and perfect for the couple of days we were in town. Spent some off time at the grounds for sculpture, neat place to check out. Thank you

Wonderful host! Quiet, clean, quaint, relaxing home

Jeanie is the ideal host! Communication was easy and her responses were quick. The cottage is comfy, quaint, clean and quiet. There were coffee beans ready to grind for a much needed cup of joe and fresh vegan cookies in the fridge. Traveling with family from LA, the cottage was the balm they needed. The yard, and the farm fields that stretched out in front and beside us were beautifully green, with the sounds of songbirds, frogs, and rain on the rooftop one night. We could all pause and breathe in the peace around us. We felt at home and welcomed and recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Beautiful basement apartment with high end kitchen, bathroom, linens etc. Comfortable, private and quiet which was just what we needed after a long day of driving. Good natural light from two large windows overlooking the large backyard with gorgeous perennial gardens. We were only there for one night so did not get to try the sauna. Highly recommend.

I will definitely be back ! Such a relaxing space , so clean & beautiful!
