At Aquila e l'Ulivo, an ancient renovated farmhouse from the 1200s, you will not only find all the necessary comforts for a wonderful stay, but you will also experience the thrill of feeling free and immersed in the unspoiled nature of Val D'Orcia. Here you'll have the opportunity to walk with the two falcons Ayga and Sayen and interact with the eagles, and why not sip an excellent aperitif by the pool. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, consisting of 2 bedrooms (possibility of making double or single beds depending on the needs of the customer), a bathroom, large living room and kitchen equipped for cooking. TV, (for those who request it, a washing machine is available from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. in our laundry room). To come to us, a car is recommended, to be independent, and to visit the Tuscan countryside. Podere Pereti Nuovi – Modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.
