Beautiful house in luxury condominium, near Itaipava, Borgo del Vino restaurant and Celeiro in Areal. The house has 6 bedrooms. In one of the wings, 2 bedrooms and in the other, 4 bedrooms. On the 1st floor, there is a bathroom, a private pool, a gourmet area, a barbecue and a hamburger grill. Fully equipped kitchen. On the 2nd floor, there are 4 bedrooms, including 1 suite, a TV room, a living room, and a social bathroom. All rooms have a ceiling vent and mosquito nets. You have the opportunity to rent the entire space or just the 4-bedroom wing. You decide.

Electric lighting, spring water in the taps, bathrooms with showers, hot and cold water, refrigerators, gas and wood stoves, wood oven, barbecues, lawn in the vicinity of 2000m², throughout the external area of the house, tables and chairs and with shade close to the natural pool. We were a little away from the city centers near BR 040, 20 km Três Rios, 25 minutes from Itaipava.
