A small bathroom with bath/shower and w/c, and a double bedroom open off the living room. From the bedroom a short, steep, narrow, cupboard staircase leads up to a low, sloping ceilinged attic room with two single beds and a sea view, suitable for children. There are no gates and several openings in the garden which is boarded by a day stone wall.
