Beautiful seemingly modern well located in Perros-Guirec. Quiet, large bathroom and sea view from the living room. The balcony overlooks the sea but also the road.

Well-equipped, efficient and well-located studio with a small terrace

We had a great stay in this small accommodation that has everything a big one has! Cleanliness, comfort and of course a perfect setting for our stay for two. We were able to enjoy the beach within walking distance and the terrace, it was perfect. Audrey, the co-host, was responsive when we needed her, thank you very much. The sofa bed was really great, it was my only concern and I was not disappointed. We will probably come back if we return to the area and we will share the address without any problem. ☺️ Small cocoon highly recommended for your stay on the pink granite coast!

Beautiful, charmingly furnished apartment with 2 bedrooms and kitchen living room. Beautiful balcony with sun with sea view. In shared bicycle shed downstairs is limited space for 1 to 2 bicycles. A few great restaurants around the apartment complex, including 1 right under you. Bakery around the corner. Nice and attentive host, you pick up the key in the center of the village (about 1.5 km further). Recommended

A magical stay on the island of Bréhat. This small, practical apartment, very well located, and with a very nice view was perfect for our stay. We were able to easily correspond with Estelle and David who also helped us find a solution for our luggage since we arrived before the apartment was available. Thank you very much

Accommodation as described, the location directly in the center of BINIC allows you to go eat or have a drink. We greatly enjoyed our stay to visit the pink granite coast which is located 45 minutes away by car.

We absolutely love the house and its beautiful surroundings – it truly feels like a happy place. The house itself is very comfortable, and the location is perfect for hikes and day trips. But the real highlight is simply spending time in the garden, enjoying a glass of wine or cider while watching the sea. It’s the perfect holiday home for anyone looking to slow down, unwind, and just breathe for a while.

The location is ideal for visiting the many sites in the region, most of which are less than 30 minutes away, access to Perros Guirec is easily on foot. The house is comfortable and very well equipped, the ideal exposure to enjoy the panorama. The Tregor concierge is very available, very friendly contact.

Great house in a great location. Very clean and well decorated. Geraldine was super friendly and nice. From the house, you can hike directly on the Zöllnerpfad through the pink granite rocks. We can recommend it without hesitation and would definitely come back. Thank you, Geraldine!

Spacious and comfortable accommodation as described. Valerie is welcoming without being intrusive. We thank her in particular for the help given after we left: she sent us very quickly the computer we had forgotten. We had a lovely week at Valerie and Eric's.

Beautiful home in a beautiful and peaceful setting. A must for recharging. The wooded garden is very large and pleasant with all its flowers (in spring at least) and its direct access to the bay. You can't get enough of the view from the deck. The house is very well equipped (including the kitchen) and is very comfortable. The bedding is very comfy as well. Very nice hikes are possible directly from the accommodation including part of the GR34 (the part between the Diben and Térénez is beautiful!) Thanks to Boris for his responsiveness and kindness.

We had a wonderful short stay (alas) at Alain's, with our family with our children. The environment of the house is amazing, in the middle of the forest but 5 minutes from a beautiful beach on foot; an end of the world impression but 5-10 minutes by car from Ploubazlanec and different shops and restaurants, Paimpol is also very close, as well as the pier for the island of Brehat. The instructions for finding the place were very clear. The house with its large floor-to-ceiling windows is very nice, the bathroom may be a little rustic but we didn't mind... the luxury is elsewhere... and especially in the magnificent view of the sea and the bay of Launay! A very exotic and soothing place. We're hoping to come back!

excellent stay at "The View" with this magnificent view of the bay and aperitifs on the terrace accompanied by very good Sterec oysters and Loquemeau mussels, a delight and every evening a splendid sunset. What more could you ask for?

what a wonderful place to stay, perfect location, wonderful hosts. t The cottage had everything you could ever want. Fantastic location, easy walk to the beach and to the town. Our stay was simply perfect including the weather. We came over with our bikes to do some cycling, beautiful places to visit. We will be back next year for what has to be one of the best holidays we have had. Big thanks to our wonderful hosts Catherine and Eduard for making the stay so perfect 👌

Stay in a nice apartment, well-equipped, with a beautiful sea view. Drinks available in the fridge upon arrival. Thank you for your attention. Private parking space appreciated. Several tourist destinations less than 1 hour from the apartment recommended by Hervé and Sylvie. Small bonus: very good creperie at the bottom of the residence.

The apartment was beautiful, very clean and fresh. Very well equipped. Jacqueline was warm and welcoming and very helpful.

The accommodation was perfect, completely in line with the description and photos. We had a great weekend! The location is ideal, close to the beach, and the parking space is a real plus. Gwénaëlle is very welcoming and available, she answered all our questions before our arrival. We recommend it without hesitation!

Very well located apartment and a very pleasant balcony to enjoy a breakfast in the sun or a late evening facing the sea.

The accommodation is very nice, well equipped and clean. We had problems with the heating but Renand took care of it immediately. We could not find the garage entrance (poor description, does not match apartment address) and the garage space was very tight and difficult to park. We then preferred to park outside, there were always enough free spaces and these are (except July/August) free!

The apartment is impeccably clean, a few steps from the beach with fine sand, ideal for children. It is well located in front of the sea. The owner was kind enough to greet us on arrival and is available for any questions. We recommend it.

The accommodation is impeccable and very well equipped and wonderfully located facing the beach. Communication with Kristell is fast and the host is very attentive. Thank you! The only small downside is that the shower cabin is a little narrow. If the opportunity arises, I will return to this accommodation.
