Wow - what an amazing place to stay! This is probably the most memorable AirBnB I have stayed in so far. You are right on the edge of the seafront and by the harbour, with the double aspect living room enabling you to see both - the sea views are just stunning. Margaret was a really friendly and communicative host, and the parking space is good. I would heartily recommend this as a great place to stay; it is just so special being able to look out and see the sea from bed, and to hear the waves lapping at the shore as you go to sleep or make your cup of tea in the morning.

Probably the nicest place we have ever stayed! Deserves more than 5 stars. The location couldn't be better to get straight out to lots of beaches, bars etc. St Ives streets are small and traffic is restricted 930am to 4pm on the street but outside these times we found it easy to unload then booked a parking space 10 mins walk away on JustPark. The view has to be seen, it's even better than it looks... when people stop at the balcony for a picture you know it's the perfect spot - and we helped take a couple of pictures for them from above! The best thing was having a nice glass of wine on the armchairs with the windows open and listening to the waves and watching the change in tides. Spa bathroom was unreal as was everything really. Already looking at dates to come back! We also enjoyed Johns Wine Bar, The Host (had great live music), Mor Beach Cafe for morning rolls and James King for beautiful St Ives jewellery. Thanks again David we loved it all!

A wonderful stay in a stunning location. Meg is the perfect host, very responsive with contact details provided if required. The house is accurately described and is pleasant, comfortable and clean. It has everything you can possibly need for a pleasurable stay. The location is a hidden gem, a beautiful beach situated in a quiet village with a convenient store close to the beach offering essentials, tasty ice creams and good coffee. Would love to return here again one day. Can highly recommend 😊

A lovely spacious property where we immediately felt at home. Close to the beach and Port Isaac with a short drive to Polzeath. We enjoyed sitting in the sun in the private garden and going for walks on the coastal path. We would love to stay again - many thanks Gerry.

A beautiful apartment with genuinely stunning views from the balcony and living room. The amenities are excellent, and the hosts fab!

A historic stone row home, with a light filled living room addition, and private and sunny outdoor area. Steep walk down to the last unit, which is slippery when wet. There is a leafy wooded pathway down to the Petersville Inn, with another spur towards the beach which accesses a cliff trail.

By following the sat nav the house was easy to find. The location is ideal to use as a base to visit nearby places. There is a bus service that goes through the village roughly hourly which starts early in the morning and finishes at a reasonable time at night. We used the service quite regularly and didn’t have to use the car unless travelling further a field ,but no doubt could have used the bus for further places but there would be a time element to consider. There is a walk from the village to padstow which we took and although dry was uphill and down dale in places. Although the sign says 2 mls I think to the centre of padstow more like 2 3/4 mls. The old mill restaurant in the village is superb and a loverly setting for a meal inside or out, depending on weather. I must also say that Hollie was very helpful and accommodating with regard to our booking due to a medical situation and had to alter dates at the last minute.

We had booked in for a very short stay of only two nights but we wish it had been longer, much longer. We cannot fault The Signal Box; everything to make a stay pleasant, convenient and enjoyable had been thought of. The exceptional view, the history of Luckett Station, the friendly sheep, the hot-tub, the superbly comfortable bed - all combined to make this an experience that we will remember for a long time to come. The entire property was beautifully kept, with immaculate gardens and a very high standard inside. The instructions for access on arrival to the property were clear and easy to follow and the business is obviously very well run. Definitely worth recommending to others and a return visit. A truly wonderful stay in a beautifully maintained caravan. The layout was perfect for us with a young family. There was plenty of space, and it was great to have hardstanding parking right by the caravan.

We stayed for a weekend and it was perfect. A beautiful property in a very quiet and relaxing setting. Hosts provided all of the information we needed. We will certainly return for another visit in future!

We really enjoyed staying here as a group of five adults and 1 toddler. Plenty of room for us all and having 2 bathrooms was really great. The cabin is comfy and cosy, with beautiful views of the Cornish countryside. We used the cabin as a base to explore Cornwall as it is located centrally within easy reach of many popular towns. We loved coming back to the cabin in the evening and using the hot tub and waking up to the very friendly alpacas! You do have to drive up a very narrow and steep lane to reach the cabin but we were lucky that the lane is very quiet and so we never met any oncoming traffic. We would absolutely recommend and would love to return one day.

Just spent a long weekend with family at this amazing place, it really has the wow factor! Beautiful countryside views, lovely tastefully decorated accommodation, with a fantastic pool and hot tub. It’s such a peaceful beautiful location. We enjoyed early morning walks to watch the cows come back from milking and listening to the owls hooting at night. Melanie is such a lovely lady, so warm and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. We enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave and will definitely be returning. We cannot recommend this place enough, by far the best Air BnB that we have stayed at. A perfect balance of feeling right at home but also having independent space to relax, our only question is when can we come back!? This place is absolutely perfect for a couple and dog friendly doesn't do it justice! Attention to detail was fantastic and Nicola and family are the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and we were spoilt for choice with local recommendations and sights to see which were well within travelling distance. We were torn between exploring Cornwall and wanting to stay put in the beautiful grounds. Thank you so much!

Wow, what a place! Far enough away from it all to be peaceful but close enough to walk and explore many beautiful places. The annex is spotlessly clean, wonderfully equipped and situated perfectly with spectacular views across the fields. The pool was, as expected, amazing to come back to after a day out in the fresh air. We enjoyed dining on the terrace overlooking the countryside. Even on a rainy day it was beautiful. Christine and Roy are perfect hosts and really made our stay enjoyable. We usually don’t mind going home at the end of a week away, but we were really sad to leave Stonelands. Thanks for a perfect week on the Cornish coast!

We just stayed for 7 nights as a place for the whole family to meet up with two toddlers and three couples. The place was absolutely perfect, super clean and really well equipped - the hosts have though of everything we might need. There is so much space and the addition of the extra living room uostairs was really useful. Nice private balconies. The hosts were really caring, informative and responsive. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

What a special place....quiet, farm setting, close to beach, pristine accommodation but with homely touches. Welcoming dog friendly and undiscovered. This place was incredible and the photos do not do the views justice. It is in the perfect location for exploring the north coast of Cornwall, close to the camel estuary and the coastal paths and no more than an hour to St Ives and the south coast as well. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you should need for time away. Great to have the barbecue to cook on as well. Everything was spotless, the showers were strong and hot, and the bonus for us was the outside shower so that we could wash dogs easily after their escapades on the beaches. The supermarket is a short drive away in Wadebridge. Wr recommned walking on Watergate bay at low tide, coastal paths from Rock to Polzeath, around Trevose head to Booby bay, Fistral beach to Crantock and beyond, swimming in Porth, Crantock and Harlyn beach. If you want to visit Padstow and St Ives go early for parking and to avoid the crowds. Thank you Cate and Ben. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Talland Cliff side beach house, we stayed for two nights with our two children and Labrador, the property was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed plus a few extra touches that added to our enjoyment, the family games and the hammock were a favourite for the children and sauna was an added luxury for us :) but without a doubt sitting on the decking and watching the sea was the most relaxing and wonderful thing for us to do! The beach is 5 minutes walk down the cliff side not too difficult but the climb back up may take a little longer but absolutely worth it for the trip down to the beach, there are a couple of coastal paths within a couple of miles of the property and a couple of small eateries close by for lunch with a view. Thank you Sharon. From booking to arriving questions answered quickly. Accommodation was pristine. Very thoughout. The extras provided including milk teabags sugar extensive cooking utensils pots and pans to pack of cards and information about the area. We will definitely be booking again.

We loved our stay at Dominic 's we was there all week. the BBQ and table tennis was a great hit with the family. The garden was very spacious which our dog loved. The seating outside is lovely especially if you are a bird lover and the outside bath was a hit with my husband. The bungalow is light , airy and comfortable and has everything you need. and was well situated if you want to explore Cornwall. We would definitely recommend a visit at Dominic's and hope to return soon.

Jennifer’s place was great, everything you need. The place was clean and smelt lovely throughout. Location was perfect, a car is essential but as are most places in Cornwall, padstow and other local dog friendly beaches nearby. I left a pair of earrings behind and Jennifer messaged to check if they were mine and said she would post them out to me, she was responsive and friendly.

Great location for those who like being remote, sea views and only nature’s noises. Cliffs, beaches, wildlife within various walking distances.
