Castilla street unfolds parallel to Guadalquivir river, and it’s one of the most beautiful streets of Triana: the Church of Our Lady of the ‘O’, the Alley of Inquisition, the Church of The Expiration. Along the same street you will see the market place, one of the oldest markets of Seville but renewed in 1992 following the 1920's and 1930s architecture. There you can buy fruits, vegetables, meats, fish, etc. and experience the life of popular Seville. Under the market of Triana lay the rests of the Castle of Saint Jorge, former head quarter of the Tribunal of Inquisition, and originally a castle of Islamic epoch (1171).
