Beautiful new home overlooking Port Rexton Enjoy beautiful views of the ocean and Fox Island. Short walk to both the Port Rexton Brewery and the Skirwink Trail. Downstairs Two bedrooms each with a private ensuite. Upstairs beautiful patio with Weber BBQ. Come and enjoy this lovely location and all the area has to offer. The unit also has a heat pump for heating and cooling if needed. We also have a beautiful Airbnb in downtown St. John’s if you need a place to stay while visiting.
