Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj nalazi se u blizini svih zanimljivosti, što vam olakšava planiranje vašeg posjeta. Sama kuća u kojoj je smješten apartman je iz srednjeg vijeka i okruženje je pitoreskno. Udaljen je od glavnog trga 2 minute. U ovom objektu imate mogućnost sušiti robu na tiramolu; tradicionalan mediteranski način sušenja robe. U centru grada ponekad je šušur, ali s obzirom na strogi centar ovaj dio je uvučen i poprilično tih. Iako Mediteran je život ulice, imate priliku osjetiti to. 🤗

Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

This spacious 125 m² apartment offers comfort and privacy across three separate bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and free toiletries. Guests can enjoy both a 6 m² balcony and a 20 m² terrace, ideal for relaxing with the sea view. The standout feature is the shared biomagnesium heated pool with a panoramic view, used exclusively by just two apartments. With a maximum of around 10-12 guests in total, it offers a highly private and relaxing atmosphere.

What to say :) When you are on the way to Trogir, come to my place. Just few steps from old and beautifull Trogir. It is great for people who like quiet places and old stone houses. Also has great equipped kitchen , new windows with excellent shutters ( complete dark) and mosquito net. Nobody lives at the place, what makes it even more great for people who take two apartments, because of complete privacy that provides. You are all welcome :)

It's located in the heart of old town of Trogir, inside typical dalmatian old stone house, which makes it very special. It accommodates 5 people ( we have 2 bedrooms and pull out sofa in the living room ). Big advantage is secured parking place near the apartment, free of charge.
