Welcome to our 80m2 two bedroom, two bathroom apartment (one half bathroom) located next to marina and just minutes away from Trogir city center. Experience charm and history of our town from balcony overlooking historic city center. Newly furnished space offers everything You will need for relaxing stay with added convenience of on site parking. The apartment features washing machine in bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, air fryer (no oven) and coffee machine.

Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

This spacious 125 m² apartment offers comfort and privacy across three separate bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and free toiletries. Guests can enjoy both a 6 m² balcony and a 20 m² terrace, ideal for relaxing with the sea view. The standout feature is the shared biomagnesium heated pool with a panoramic view, used exclusively by just two apartments. With a maximum of around 10-12 guests in total, it offers a highly private and relaxing atmosphere.

What to say :) When you are on the way to Trogir, come to my place. Just few steps from old and beautifull Trogir. It is great for people who like quiet places and old stone houses. Also has great equipped kitchen , new windows with excellent shutters ( complete dark) and mosquito net. Nobody lives at the place, what makes it even more great for people who take two apartments, because of complete privacy that provides. You are all welcome :)
